Ubuntu is alright but Snaps slows down opening apps a bit and I'm not a very big fan of its desktop environment Gnome. I'd rather use Linux Mint.

Win10 IoT LTSC has support until 2032, so until then, no version of Win10 can technically be dropped by Chromium until then.
