I don't agree at all. I never cared about MGO either way, but MGS4 nosedives after Act 2 and even the first two acts aren't especially good. MGSV spends too much time on small outposts thst consist of two tents and a shack, but the village you rescue Miller from alone is more fun than anything in MGS4, and I don't even consider that a major highlight of the game.

I'd be more forgiving if so much of MGS4 didn't feel like reheated leftovers of MGS3. Even the first two acts don't have much to offer other than a cool choice of setting in the first. The most I can say for MGS4 is that I like it more than PO.
