honestly my only issue with honest hearts is that a lot of the first half of its main quest is spaced out by what players might initially perceive as filler content
however it's easy to appreciate and enjoy HH in retrospect and during replaythroughs; also the scenery and map of zion in general is so well made that it compensates for any shortcomings the DLC has
my favorite will still always be dead money though, DM >>> OWB = HH > LR

Outside of what you mentioned, I feel like HH doesn't give any real reasons why you should side with Daniel and it would've been much better to have a pro-Legion path that lets you join the White Legs (or at least kill them properly with everyone else )

I actually don't mind that you can't tell Caesar they you've killed Graham because he out himself in a catch 22 by instantly seething everytime his name is mentioned, is one of the few times that the bullshit limitation between DLC and main game makes some sense, but it's nonsense that there's no proper Legion path in a DLC that features the mythos of the Legion so much

Nah, HH is very different from the other DLCs because they lack the Ulysses myth arc, it is its own self contained story mostly
Also, it has the lowest required level out of all them
Which means you should do it first before the DM - OWB - LR trilogy
Ulysses is kind of retconned into HH by the tape recordings in LR that describe his connections with the White Legs and how they ended up wanting to join the Legion so desperately

Doing it in order of difficulty/level requirement is fine too. Which would be HH -> OWB -> DM -> LR.

It always annoyed me how much of a late game munchkin DM forces you to be to play it properly. Almost max Lockpick and Science and a shitton of other high level checks
HH only has the Joshua speech check, which you can easily get by bumping CH and a magazine
I think there is actual dialogue with Elijah where he talks about the Big MT and your only option is to say you never heard of it even if you have completed OWB before DM. Unfortunate oversight I guess.
