The whole thing is awful. As a Gen 5 gay, I do have to admit that basically every single legendary since Gen 4 has been pure dogshit with few exceptions (Darkrai, Zygarde-C, Marshadow).
gen 5 has heatran which is probably the ugliest pokemon in existence next to the equally ugly genies
Heatran is from Gen 4. There's an entire post-game story about it where nothing fricking happens.

Gen 4 has Uxie, Mesprit Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, Cresselia, and Shaymin-Sky. Gen 5 has Terrakion, Cobalion, Virizion, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, and Keldeo. Gen 6 has Volcanion, Diancie, and Xerneas. Gen 7 has Silvally, Zeraora, and the UBs if you count them. Gen 8 has Zacian, Zamazenta, Eternatus, and Calyrex. Gen 9 has Koraidon, Iron Leaves, Okidogi, Iron Boulder, Fezandipiti, Gouging Fire, Munkidori, Raging Bolt, and Terapagos.
The only generations where the majority of legendaries are at least good are 1, 2, and 3. I say this, again, as a Gen 5 gay.

Yes I do. Gen 8 Smogon OU. It's still relevant in the tier today. It would probably be relevant in Gen 9 Smogon UU if it were brought back. Powercreep is horrific.

Probably the most dogshit design of the series. The only design I have ever disliked.
Mythicals were only relevant for a few months before Scarlet and Violet released since they were legal in ranked. After that they have only been included in fanfic metas or are extremely rare and niche battles in-game (ex: Mew/Celebi/Jirachi/Manaphy trainers in the Stadium games)
