There's only been like 2-3 AAA games that have been deved for the PS5 from the ground up other than the initial release lineup; Spiderman-2, FF7 Rebirth, and Stellar Blade.
Everything else that's been released as PS5 exclusives past that first wave with DeSo and Returnal and Ratchet have been multiplat games with PS4 in mind.
There's still another solid 5-8 years of real good dev cycle left for the PS5, if not more, but we're going to skip all that because the PS5 pro is coming out which means they can just bruteforce more shitty raytracing in and keep games at 30 fps with a 720p-upscaled-to-1440p for 60 fps performance.
