Like when they include "surprise" clauses that generally would not be expected to be in, or if said clauses are against the law. And even then they would just remove said surprise/unlawful clauses from the contract and the rest will still be there. Including stuff like refusing you service without any reason.

I even went to the xbox ambassador discord to ask for help and I'm bot even joking when I tell you I was kicked from the discord and removed from the program as soon as I mentioned I was banned. Luckily I had just used all my ambassador point and won ender lillies like the day before.

Like when they include "surprise" clauses that generally would not be expected to be in, or if said clauses are against the law. I've been banned from Xbox once for two weeks on my first offense for an inappropriate fees post meaning a screenshot or something from a game. They never actually showed me what I was banned for so I really don't know because they provide a huge list of possible violations including "references to notorious people". I literally dundu nuffin and was targeted just like the time they forced me to change my normal custom gamerpic pic that was in no way offensive and suspended me 2 hours. The scary part about the 2 week ban was also that it said 2 week communications ban on the website but when I logged in on xbox it said permanent and I had no access to my credit balance or anything. Luckily I got my shit back because it's totally automated. I even went to the xbox ambassador discord to ask for help and I'm bot even joking when I tell you I was kicked from the discord and removed from the program as soon as I mentioned I was banned. Luckily I had just used all my ambassador point and won ender lillies like the day before.
I was banned for 1 month back in 2011 for telling a troll to "get fricked" on GTA IV online free mode. At least they sent me an email explaining the offense.
