I don't get this meme, I bought Skyrim exactly once on Steam and got all future edition updates for free except Anniversary which is just a MTX pack.

That's not exactly what he was implying. Honestly it has like a NMS, Subnautica, Fallout mixture but clearly isn't focused on being NMS or Subnautica because it doesn't have as much breadth as NMS or the survival of Subnautica. Really it's Fallout in space with a bunch of building and exploration focuses.
So when I inevitably buy this 7 times just I like I did Skyrim, I would have bought 35 games?
