4X + coughdrop so I can spend my unnaturally long life playing vidya while chilling at a comfy part time job without anyone bothering me
I'm usually skeptical of living forever but that combination sounds reasonably practical and not as extreme as the other choices. However, I'd go with the herbal tea of party games for my weaker dose. What if you got a disease some time after taking the 4x pill? Plus the extra luck could do you some good in your job in case you fuck up. If people think you're incompetent, what makes you think they won't replace you with someone else the moment the opportunity arises?
I think you could just straight up gamble for a living with the tea, some odds on games are pretty slim already so you could go bet on black on roulette and win more often than not

Roguelike pill and the tea. It's basically infinite life/respawns without the burden of becoming stagnated at the same general location with the same general personality. You can even fuck up a lot even when you're already good at it just to have a fish playthrough every once in a while, it doesn't matter since you'll retain your knowledge and therefore know how to make it back to a better form. Herbal tea for better hunting odds, winning the lottery for a quick progression skip, etc. or the genetic lottery in case that isn't already decided by your past actions

I think you might have more chances to get prompts that you know are good/bad/neutral since humans are incapable of conscienciousely generating true randomness. The neutral one might also lean toward good more often than not.

Reset my life, touch up to my appearance so I look how I would like. 5s on most stats, drop charisma and endurance to 4, increase Int to 7. Even if I don't get to remember everything after I hit accept to start my life over, with a higher stat pool I'll have a much happier childhood. With my appearance editing I'll look better as a young adult so I'll be much happier then as well. Add on the Party Game tea that gives me amazing luck means I'll have a really enjoyable life where things tend to go my way. Ultimate normie life.

Some of those nice, real fucking nice. But nothing beats extending your life for 6000 years with nearly infinite health benefits.
Also the JRPG pill is worse than just taking nothing.
For minor doses, they're all surprisingly balanced. But I'd still take the MMO Vaccine because being able to tell people's stats, information and past from looking at them is fucking HUGE.

4x is objectively the best here but I wish I would go back to 18. The side dose is subjective but I think I'd pair adventure incence with the 4x pill.
That said, the Visual Novel pill and MMO vaccine made me remember that one shitty manhwa that I read and finished for some reason. Those pills are a good combo but that would force me to talk to people. Maybe I could get used to it, but still.

now sports inhaler advenure would be amazing, sports is busted, master in everything considered a sport, meaning all martial arts, weapon arts, mastery of guns, hell it basically supersedes racing because racing is a sport, adventure adds fulfillment and you'll never be out of work due to being a master in nearly everything

I take the Roguelite pill and the MMO Vaccine, assuming the MMO Vaccine carries over into the other lives. If not, it's the 4x Pill instead.
