Let's be real. Hammerfell and Highrock (or parts of it) are probably the best regions for ES6. You can do so much shit with the lore, form the early Akaviri invasions, to Dwemer shit, Sload, Sea Elves, and even maybe some shit around the Orcs trying to build their own kingdom from within the province. There's a shit ton to build on, and it could be really fascinating if done well. But of course this is Bethesda, so expect the most boring, soulless incarnation yet, with a bland and uninspired story.
They tend to put out something super bland and then say "ermmm, the authors of the ingame books who said all that stuff before were LYING or just exaggerating is all"
