I think I know which game you mean. It starts by revealing that most females were actually succubi and follows multiple protagonists traveling a warped school/reality, resisting succ temptations only to fight and loose to the main ones (which were their love interests before all of that)
In MGQ:P a lot of girls have multiple sex scenes. To get most aside from the obvious losing ones you need to recruit them and then build up your relationship with them (either by using them in combat or by giving them gifts while they're on standby in the pocket castle).
The porn in the MGQ series is basically the low point. The writing is legitimately the best part of the series, especially for MGQ:P. Paradox is a really good example of a reboot of an existing property that's made for existing fans but still works as an entry point. Yeah, Lucifina fell ill shortly after Marcellus left to found Ilias Kreuz, and the people of Iliasville took it as an omen from Ilias, so they shunned her and Luka to avoid being punished as well.
It winds up backfiring, because Iliasville then suffered a massive plague of that same illness and the survivors realized that maybe refusing a dying woman her life-saving medicine may not have been the kindest thing they could have done.

Example:

Flexible survival tries to strike an actual balance. Unless you play very carefully it's super easy to wind up mutated and most quests provide a slow tf that progresses as you do the quest. My only real complaint (which may have been addressed by now) is that the majority of mutations don't seem to provide you with much of a benefit to help counteract the insanity meter they add.

There's a canonical crossover event following the first one where Luka goes in to their world to try and save the MC of Succubus Prison somehow IIRC, and he has to sneak by the Succs since if they spot and catch him, he literally dies instantly. You aren't even given the option to fight them. Keep in mind that Paradox Luka by this point has fought and driven off two of the Apostles of Chaos, so the Succs are at the very least strong enough to fodderize a Luka of that level.

There's a canonical crossover event following the first one where Luka goes in to their world to try and save the MC of Succubus Prison somehow IIRC, and he has to sneak by the Succs since if they spot and catch him, he literally dies instantly. You aren't even given the option to fight them. Keep in mind that Paradox Luka by this point has fought and driven off two of the Apostles of Chaos, so the Succs are at the very least strong enough to fodderize a Luka of that level.
Because he entered that world and thus had to play by its rules. When those same succs entered MGQ world they became like any other enemy and they get BTFO by Luka, or even a party of regular humans that are high enough level.
It's less BTFO'd and more like they never took shit seriously then got shocked by how much stronger the other casts were. Vinum in particular never takes the encountered in the crossover seriously and if she's at least as powerful as the Old One, then she should be beyond them outside of an Apostle showing up to gank her.

Paradox is a really good example of a reboot of an existing property that's made for existing fans but still works as an entry point. A lot Paradox is built on subverting/expanding on the VN, but it still works on its own. That said, I still highly recommend the VN, since it's great on its own and will give you a much better appreciation for Paradox.

I had zero problem in the VN because I played Hard Mode. I lost a lot, and a bunch of victories were close calls. So getting onesidedly raped like that was something I accepted since it took everything from me; Luka would be weakned and spent from the losses.
Ironically that made me agree with Lazarus. Luka was blessed with spirits and winning was still hard. Humanity could NOT deal with friends-turned-foes.
So I didn't understand those issues until Paradox. In Paradox, it's another story since all the screaming doesn't make sense for the Request scenes aside the reversal ones like Mei draining him.

Lazarus is well written in that his arguments seem to make sense but they do fall apart under scrutiny. His argument is that humans and monsters can't coexist because there's a power imbalance so humans are unsafe. But there's plenty of that in working civil societies. Civilization doesn't collapse just because anyone could shoot or stab or strangle each other at any moment. Some people hate cops because they're government sanctioned force, but we generally agree that while power is abused they're still necessary to maintain order. Monster being able to rip you in half at any moment isn't that absurd when you consider humans can do the same with weapons.
Also, if even we do accept Lazarus' arguments that monsters are a threat, provoking them like he is would be a horrible idea.
Lazarus is just projecting his trauma from seeing his buddies torn in half and assuming that because he wants hates other races and wants revenge, everyone does. The only good thing to come from Ilias Kreuz is that I'm guessing seeing Marcellus slaughter monsters (and being descended from a famous genocider) was very attractive to Lucifina.
While he's definitely a frick up I think his point is more about how building actual trust between humans and monsters is a pretty massive endeavor that could fall apart at a moment moments notice. The only real social contract that can be set up here is "be nice and you get food and companionship" whereas every monster has a built in incentive to attack people and the strength to do it. I mean just think of all the fromer human succubi who joined in with their attackers after they were transformed

I'd argue the game suggests that it's possible, but there's a lot open to interpretation given how many violent monsters there are. I don't agree that the monsters are as violent as you say, but if I did then I'd agree with the rest of your argument. Ultimately, we don't have enough to draw from in the game, so it's ambiguous.
In the end it doesn't even matter if Luka's ideology is correct, coexistence isn't a theme of the game anyhow.

One thing I really loved in the VN was its application of the elements and learning about them. Gave me some Avatar nostalgia.
Usually the guy gets, learn about the elements and at the end starts shooting them or something. Here Luka gets the opposite: the pact with the Spirits gives him an application of the elements straight away, but they are simple or clumsy.
Instead of learning how to hone them from there, he instead had to learn the basic principles and then the emotional does the rest. Sylph only gives him a wind shield at first, but learning about freeing himself together with the wind finally allows him to ride it, dodge and guide it to his blows. Earth is just some hardening but channeling willpower could make him tank multiple blows and summon super strength.
This whole emotional side also hurt his use of multiple elements as some of them were diametrically apart (Water requires the calm mind to sway along the current - that alone already makes the willpower of the Earth hard and borderline nulls the burning spirit to use Fire) and it is exactly because of those principles that he could still use a fraction of them even after being deprived of the spirits.
I've came buckets to pic related, it's funny in a game with monsters and tentacles and all that shit, a hot chick with a defined belly is what stood out to me, her game over is my favourite as well with all the riding and zapping

It's why the system worked as it did, monsters are so strong that the human race literally had to wait for the hero's bloodline or someone of that caliber to save the world from the monsters sperging out once every few generations, the power gap is just that large. Full coexistence could never happen in a setting like this, realistically. At best there could be a fragile peace, something akin to the Cold War enforced by super specimens like Luka, Alice, and her 4 henchmen. That is unless humans advanced enough technologically, like some other anon said

Which was why in the war the humancentric countries had soldiers able to beat endgame monsters and artificial chimeras. Luka fought the exceptional, but they could deal with the rule with reasonable struggle.

Adding on to that: the QA explained some inconsistencies. Luka fought a Dark Elf, early on, which is a variant explicitly stronger than normal elves, while the normal Elf was fought by Sylph's forest and a harder fight. The Dark Elf he fought was average by their standards, while the Elf was the top that guarded the forest.
The opposite applied to the chimeras where the ones Luka fight were top of line, while the armies were composed of mass-produced cheaper ones.

It wasn't only, as Dark Elf was the average of her species. But let's put the view on the perspective of a war itself: it won't be a 1v1 battle, it won't be fair either. While Lazarus does point out that's something normal in an actual war, on multiple occasions we see the monster girls and the angels didn't have a proper chain of command or analysis of the battlefield as a whole.
Humanity was quick to fight back or recompose in losing situations, while the angels were struggling to estabilish what they were supposed to do or lead when a commander was taken down and monsters became chaotic.
Only two races made proper use of tactics and could keep a good composure amidst all that: the Harpies which were benefited by a genius Queen and the Vampires that followed feudalism and a code of honor. The Mermaids HAD a proper hierarchy but they didn't make much of it unlike the aforementioned two races.

This doesn't make any sense considering marcellus and his team of peak humans struggled all the way to Hellgondo, and only barely beat Alice's mother when she was even trying to lose. And on top of that the OG trilogy implied that Marcy was carrying the other three, meaning those of the hero's bloodline are really the only ones that can consistently beat the monsters beyond the first two continents solo. It really makes no sense that humans could beat a species with superpowers with intelligence rivaling their own, especially if they're all working together (mostly).

It's a problem pretty much all porn rpgs with loss scenarios have. It's hard to balance actual "consequences" and what a player is willing to put up with. Take a look at something like CoC for example. It's a game about rape, tf, and corruption where it's virtually impossible to get tfed or corrupted unintentionally.

There really is no one true answer to the problem. One big slow tf absolutely kills replayabilty and waiting around for shit to actually happen is a good way to kill a boner. See: basically every "plot driven" mind control/slave vn ever.
Flexible survival tries to strike an actual balance. Unless you play very carefully it's super easy to wind up mutated and most quests provide a slow tf that progresses as you do the quest. My only real complaint (which may have been addressed by now) is that the majority of mutations don't seem to provide you with much of a benefit to help counteract the insanity meter they add.
FS is a good one, yes. Particularly nice that you can tune the game before starting for more difficulty or to favor certain things. It would be great if it wasn't so furry.

Story is really nothing special. The gameplay is fun though since there are a multitude of different builds to use, no two people are going to play the same way. There’s also a really good capturing and evolving system for every monster in the game, you get to have them as partners that help in fights. At least ReBF had that.

There's a canonical crossover event following the first one where Luka goes in to their world to try and save the MC of Succubus Prison somehow IIRC, and he has to sneak by the Succs since if they spot and catch him, he literally dies instantly. You aren't even given the option to fight them. Keep in mind that Paradox Luka by this point has fought and driven off two of the Apostles of Chaos, so the Succs are at the very least strong enough to fodderize a Luka of that level.

Paradox is a really good example of a reboot of an existing property that's made for existing fans but still works as an entry point. A lot Paradox is built on subverting/expanding on the VN, but it still works on its own. That said, I still highly recommend the VN, since it's great on its own and will give you a much better appreciation for Paradox.
Luka is pretty badass in general, between that and him making fun of Alice throughout the VN I'm surprised how many people don't like his character.
I'd imagine the major problem people have with his character is how repetitive his OH NO DON'T SUCK MY DICK MUH ILLIAS MUH COMMANDMENTS AAAAUUGH dialogue gets in H-scenes. He's probably really great in a deathless run.

This (and the rest of Sabasa) is when the game goes from good to fantastic. From here to the end of Part 2 is what I consider some of the finest character and story writing I've ever seen in a game. I think even Torotoro didn't really have a sense of where his story was going until around this point.
I had zero problem in the VN because I played Hard Mode. I lost a lot, and a bunch of victories were close calls. So getting onesidedly raped like that was something I accepted since it took everything from me; Luka would be weakned and spent from the losses.
Ironically that made me agree with Lazarus. Luka was blessed with spirits and winning was still hard. Humanity could NOT deal with friends-turned-foes.
So I didn't understand those issues until Paradox. In Paradox, it's another story since all the screaming doesn't make sense for the Request scenes aside the reversal ones like Mei draining him.

Agreeing with Lazarus is pretty standard fare I think. I won't say he did nothing wrong, but Lazarus is legitimately one of the most sympathetic antagonists in vidya. Undoubtedly in the top tier of that meme villain chart
Lazarus is well written in that his arguments seem to make sense but they do fall apart under scrutiny. His argument is that humans and monsters can't coexist because there's a power imbalance so humans are unsafe. But there's plenty of that in working civil societies. Civilization doesn't collapse just because anyone could shoot or stab or strangle each other at any moment. Some people hate cops because they're government sanctioned force, but we generally agree that while power is abused they're still necessary to maintain order. Monster being able to rip you in half at any moment isn't that absurd when you consider humans can do the same with weapons.
Also, if even we do accept Lazarus' arguments that monsters are a threat, provoking them like he is would be a horrible idea.
Lazarus is just projecting his trauma from seeing his buddies torn in half and assuming that because he wants hates other races and wants revenge, everyone does. The only good thing to come from Ilias Kreuz is that I'm guessing seeing Marcellus slaughter monsters (and being descended from a famous genocider) was very attractive to Lucifina.
While he's definitely a frick up I think his point is more about how building actual trust between humans and monsters is a pretty massive endeavor that could fall apart at a moment moments notice. The only real social contract that can be set up here is "be nice and you get food and companionship" whereas every monster has a built in incentive to attack people and the strength to do it. I mean just think of all the fromer human succubi who joined in with their attackers after they were transformed

I'd argue the game suggests that it's possible, but there's a lot open to interpretation given how many violent monsters there are. I don't agree that the monsters are as violent as you say, but if I did then I'd agree with the rest of your argument. Ultimately, we don't have enough to draw from in the game, so it's ambiguous.
In the end it doesn't even matter if Luka's ideology is correct, coexistence isn't a theme of the game anyhow.

If humans want to get stronger why don't they just go to the spirits and start mastering the 4 elements. They can do that without pissing off the monster population.

Them getting pissed and organizing is really dangerous though, so it'd be best to avoid that, but there's really no getting past the fact that monsters just aren't fond of powerful humans. Look at the knights targeting the Ilias continent for producing all of those heroes.

One thing I really loved in the VN was its application of the elements and learning about them. Gave me some Avatar nostalgia.
Usually the guy gets, learn about the elements and at the end starts shooting them or something. Here Luka gets the opposite: the pact with the Spirits gives him an application of the elements straight away, but they are simple or clumsy.
Instead of learning how to hone them from there, he instead had to learn the basic principles and then the emotional does the rest. Sylph only gives him a wind shield at first, but learning about freeing himself together with the wind finally allows him to ride it, dodge and guide it to his blows. Earth is just some hardening but channeling willpower could make him tank multiple blows and summon super strength.
This whole emotional side also hurt his use of multiple elements as some of them were diametrically apart (Water requires the calm mind to sway along the current - that alone already makes the willpower of the Earth hard and borderline nulls the burning spirit to use Fire) and it is exactly because of those principles that he could still use a fraction of them even after being deprived of the spirits.

It's been a while but I think it's literally just that. The Alchemist job has one auto-search passive built into it, and then I think it also unlocks it as an ability, and they stack, so having an Alchemist with the ability on should give you 2 searches per turn.

Yeah, but it's based purely on plot fiat. Realistically monster girls would obliterate humans with zero effort. Even Luka can't handle heavenly knights after the plot of the game and there are at least two known cases of single monster girl destroying the entire world. Once phenomena of ruination are shown that list is going to be a lot longer.

By the end of the game Luka could surely take on the knights when going all out.
Alma Elma and Granberia state it's because Luka can't fight properly if it's just a normal match. It needs to be a serious battle otherwise he won't have even half his full power.
TRTR also stated that some of the monsters Luka fought were the apex of their races, not the rule. Which was why in the war the humancentric countries had soldiers able to beat endgame monsters and artificial chimeras. Luka fought the exceptional, but they could deal with the rule with reasonable struggle.
Luka encountering only the very strongest monster girls while the rest of them can be handled by humans who do not have even 1% of his power is incredibly contrived bullshit.
Adding on to that: the QA explained some inconsistencies. Luka fought a Dark Elf, early on, which is a variant explicitly stronger than normal elves, while the normal Elf was fought by Sylph's forest and a harder fight. The Dark Elf he fought was average by their standards, while the Elf was the top that guarded the forest.
The opposite applied to the chimeras where the ones Luka fight were top of line, while the armies were composed of mass-produced cheaper ones.
It wasn't only, as Dark Elf was the average of her species. But let's put the view on the perspective of a war itself: it won't be a 1v1 battle, it won't be fair either. Luka and Alice actually learn early on how the enemy armies easily got disorganized and had to disengage when the commanders were taken down. While Lazarus does point out that's something normal in an actual war, on multiple occasions we see the monster girls and the angels didn't have a proper chain of command or analysis of the battlefield as a whole.
Humanity was quick to fight back or recompose in losing situations, while the angels were struggling to estabilish what they were supposed to do or lead when a commander was taken down and monsters became chaotic.
Only two races made proper use of tactics and could keep a good composure amidst all that: the Harpies which were benefited by a genius Queen and the Vampires that followed feudalism and a code of honor. The Mermaids HAD a proper hierarchy but they didn't make much of it unlike the aforementioned two races.
This doesn't make any sense considering marcellus and his team of peak humans struggled all the way to Hellgondo, and only barely beat Alice's mother when she was even trying to lose. And on top of that the OG trilogy implied that Marcy was carrying the other three, meaning those of the hero's bloodline are really the only ones that can consistently beat the monsters beyond the first two continents solo. It really makes no sense that humans could beat a species with superpowers with intelligence rivaling their own, especially if they're all working together (mostly).
