Sim.
Spaniard spanish and latin american spanish are so different that they need a distinction
can't say I know if something similar happens with brazilian portuguese
>can't say I know if something similar happens with brazilian portuguese
Yes, european Portuguese is really fricking weird to Brazilians, though we can obviously understand it
>he shitposts on a japanese image board
Test.
Sneed.
>English language setting has British flag icon
>it just randoumly inserts the letter "u" after every wourd with an ou in it
>English language setting has British flag igon
>game prompts you to scan your video game license
Seriously, though, I wish we could have gamer licenses so they could be revoked upon being too much of a fricking casual.
we both know that isnt how it would work.
>French language setting has Canadian flag
America as a whole was a mistake, things would be better if they get turned into nuclear ashes
America best continent, seethe and cope.
It's boring and there's not even a kangaroo.
Kangaroos are gay.
Yes.
That's why you hit them in the face and THAT is fun.
But sometimes they can hit you, and it's not so funny anymore.
Kenga are roided alphas and overall really fricking cool
>t. country whose ass we saved in both world wars
I highly doubt it
you highly doubt it?
what are you that ignorant on your own history to know for sure?
Nah, more like you're a moron who assumed your kind set foot in my country during a world war, but that should be expected from a mutt
>t. historically illiterate
all more relevant than their origin countries
Portugal doesn't exist, so the last one makes sense.
It's called the NEW World for a reason, Nerd.
Not so Brave, huh?
Nah, just stunning.
Makes sense. Largest population of native speakers is just as legitimate a factor as place of origin. And in the case of English at least, if they used the UK's flag and everyone spoke with a US accent using American lingo and slang I'd feel cheated.
Imagine growing up in Europe and playing games at 50hz, thank God I was born in America.
Imagine growing up in America and getting shot at the school because your people cannot form families or be friendly human beings to one another
Imagine growing up in Britain where you can get stabbed in school because illegal immigrants cannot form families or be friendly human beings to others.
>Imagine growing up in Russia where you can get stabbed in school because illegal immigrants cannot form families or be friendly human beings to others.
>It's the same for both western countries and the eastern one
How ironic.
Doesn't make them any less fricked.
Jokes on you homosexual, our government is posed enough that pretty much all our immigrants are legal
>The USA has twice the population of the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand combined, and its own orthography
>Brazil has several times the population of Portugal and its own orthography
The only one that's arguable is Mexico because it neither composes the majority of the population nor has its own orthographic rules. Plus Spanish isn't named after a specific region of Spain like English, but it was the language of a region that was enforced on the other regions of the country like in France, Italy and Germany.
However, Spain almost always gets its own dubs which are totally different from the Latin American dubs which are often based on Colombia and Mexico, and it's very common for the dubs to use slang that is very specific to wherever they were produced. So ultimately the bust solution is for the flag to denote the place the dub was recorded in/accent it was recorded in.
>English language setting has American flag icon
This one has always confused me(assuming there's also an Australian/British version.) Yes, Mexican Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese are different enough from their European counterparts, but English is not in the god damn slightest.
>American flag is English option
Yes, because there are clear differences between UK English and US English. If it's UK English, you get the union jack.
Ausgays are forever criminals and aren't allowed to have their flag represent any languages.
>Yes, because there are clear differences between UK English and US English. If it's UK English, you get the union jack.
But there's only a select few differences. Gramatically, it's identical(this isn't the case with the other two options listed), and the differences are things like slang and other cultural tidbits, not really with the language itself. The whole color/colour situation is the closest thing we have to a difference like Brazil VS Portugal and Mexico VS Spain has, and it's not remotely close.
>But there's only a select few differences.
The differences matter greatly, as with Spanish via Spain or Mexico.
The language option isn't just "alphabet and grammar", it includes localization and context.
A Spaniard will not relate to most Mexican word choices or memes.
>>English language setting has American flag icon
That's unironically a good thing. The union jack and the flag of England are both white supremacist symbols, it'd be like having the confederate flag
go back to sucking dicks on redit
Reddit loves the brits, they can't stop sucking up to le royal family
>English language setting has American flag icon
>game reminders you not to forget to dilate hourly
I could never stomach playing a game in my native language. It's so fricking cringe. Why do mutts insist on it?
You will never be japanese
Because we grew up on English, while you learned it from the internet.
Different regions use different flags. If you're seeing the US's flag, Mexico's flag and Brazil's flag, then you live in the Americas.
And if you claim you see these things outside of the Americas, then you need to name a specific game and provide proof
