I think the only confirmed white people were Gandalf (not human), Sauroman (not human), Gollum (pale and untouched by sun), Galadriel (I'm not 100% on her, elf), Wormtongue (human), and Boromir and his brother (both described as fair of skin iirc). I cannot think of anyone else off the top of my head...

With how descriptive LotR is you can bet skin tone is described for every single ethnicity. More importantly, no black people play MtG and a minimum of women do. Some blacks play Yu-Gi Oh but that's about it.
