Why are we in agreement that Scarlet has the better paradox forms? Three of them are NFE mons and fricking Amoongus meanwhile Violet has 2 pseudos + Volcarona and Gallade/voir?

I love mecha-pokemon
>bigger = better!!!
strictly speaking based on design
Mismagius > Misdreavus
Magnezone > Magneton
Wigglytuff > Jigglypuff
So in this case yes bigger does equal better
Mismagius and Wigglytuff > Misdreavus and Jigglypuff
>Wigglytuff
Yes, but Jigglypuff > Wigglytuff
Robots are stupid
YOU’RE stupid
I'm team Violet, but even I gotta admit that Future forms are just the original mons with a metal texture.
Ancient mons have much more personality and interesting designs.
And I don't give a flying frick about stats.
I feel the same way
They’re cool, but they look too similar to the originals
This. Do I want to use regular Hydregion? Or robo hydregion which looks even more moronic. Gimme the ssj3 puff
Voilet will get a paradox pooner troony mon (Female to Male troony)
Gardevoir female head in a boy body.
they won lmao!
Yes anon, a mecha that combines Gardevoir and Gallade features is a troony
Ardhanarishvara was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the menu sprite yesterday, I want Iron Valiant on my team so fricking bad
>badass tomboy mecha knight
Yes, we won
>tomboy
femboy actually
It has Gardevoir's head so its a pooner tomboy
no it's a pooner femboy, dumbass
pooners can only try to be males not fems
Gardevoir can be a boy, Gallade is always a boy, ergo a combination of the two is more boy than girl. Facts
Gardevior by defult is already a troony
Nah its gardevoir. It carries blades instead of being attached.
Oh shit, I didn't even notice that, fricking based.
Obsessed
Galladegays unironically and delusionally think they would get a paradox form over Gardevior
yikes.
the cope is real
troonyvoir always win
Gardevoir is now a pooner
I think both paradoxes are neat. Doesnt matter which one won since you can trade with friends, But you couldn't relate
>Three of them are NFE mons and fricking Amoongus meanwhile Violet has 2 pseudos + Volcarona and Gallade/voir?
How is the evolution status of the pokemon they resemble relevant when their base stats are the same (aside from one in Scarlet and one in Violet having 590).
Do the robots have gender? I need to know if I can fap to the gallad. As long as it's not a boy it can have a robopussy.
Have some imagination, it can have a robussy.
Its more gardevoir than gallade anyway.
Ut has no arm blades. And carries them instead.
Gardevoir finally looks like a knight
They're both good, I just think Violet is stronger overall. Salamence and Misdreavus look rad. It depends on whether you're the type of person who thinks MechaGodzilla is cool or the type of person who thinks SpaceGodzilla is cool.
It’s sort of boring that they’re all the same concept of robots. No weird evolution to a post apocalyptic niche, no genetic modification, just all robots. Past forms have a wider array of concepts. Also ancient salamence and volcarona are top tier designs. Misdreavus is the only bad past form
If they are born from imagination, maybe it references how human imagination about the future tends to focus on technology?
I thought Jigglypuff looked bad too
We Digimon now
Most of the paradoxes suck.
They all look like protogen.
Most of the gen 9 everything suck.
You okay anon? Sounds like you glitched a bit there.
I'm Team Scarlet for sure, but I don't think Scarlet blows Violet out of the water like some anons are saying.
I do think it was a mistake to make 7 robots and name them all Iron X. I also don't like how some of them look too much like the original mons.
All of the future forms look exactly like the original mons but with robotic bodies. You could google fanart & it’d probably look exactly the same as each future paradox mon, save for maybe Donphan & Galladevoir
I love robots and misdreavus and jigglypuff with more hair do nothing to me.
Love that half of them are mecha kaijus, especially volcarona.
Past and Future enjoyer coming through.
None of these forms I outright dislike, and most look pretty badass. Violet gives me cyberpunk vibes, has mecha kaiju out the ass, and Gallade/Garde looks like it has potential. Hydreigon has complaints about not changing a lot but I think thats people not looking at it thoroughly-- It's definitely a hell of a lot more mechanical, with wire mesh on its face, and LED panels where its head feathers were. The head arms might even be floating like satellites, which is cool as shit.
Scarlet on the other hand has fricking Salamence which looks wild as hell. Past Donphan looks super monstrous, Volc like Mothra larvae and I'm down for a competitively viable Jigglypuff.
Going to be collecting and training up each one of these.
Hydreigon definitely got the short end here. It's like it was the last to getmade but they were like shit we ran out of time throw on metallic textures and send it.
Not even a Hydreigon fan, but was hoping it would get some nice treatment since I do like Hydras. Unova forever disappoints
There is no pseudo since none of them ahs 600 bst
IF Scarlet paradox forms have lighting effects on their body parts like Moth wings, Hariyama hands, Tyranitar spine then it will be 10/10
Not a fan of Amoongus dumb face in general and vampire Jiggly is peepeepoopoo but overall Scarlet wins the forms race with more interesting types and designs and not just "lol add metallic textures to pander to deviantart" teens.
>Vampire Jiggly is peepeepoopoo
Paradox Jigglypuff is pretty based and I hope I can play as it in the next Smash Bros tbh
Was having a flashback about how long Clefable's tail would be if it went loose but looks like they have picked Jigglypuff's curl instead and it didn't exactly went well, maybe it's the pink palette clashing with the typing or the balloon shape not really matching those fangs and legs.
Mud Slap Swinub sweeps the whole Violet forms roster.
You mean Violet.
Violet has Future Paradox mons.
the implication of NFEs as past forms is because they're stone evolutions, and before humans learnt how to use stones the evolutions therefore didn't exist
>Magneton
>Evolves into Magnezone when exposed to a Thunder Stone
Violet pseudos and Volcarona are meh, and Gallade is the laziest design of gen 9.
I feel like Hydreigon is worse honestly. At least there's enough to make it obvious at first glance that this isn't Gallade.
Hydreigon's is fine, people are just not looking at it correctly. I guarantee you once we see the model/more neutral in-game screenshots people will realize and come around.
I think the same, I also think that the shiny will be sick
They're all goddamn ugly. I'm going Scarlet on this one.
Whoever is saying that hydreigon design isn't complete dogshit is on cartel drug level amouts of copium
Although I think it will look great in the game
hydreigon has always looked very awkward
lave her alone
No. The lower half looks bad.
what are you talking about, she has cake
Hydreigon's one of the best designs period. Even if it literally only got a robot texture, it'd still be great.
Not only is design far more important, but I think it's cool that NFE mons get to have new forms and be viable in a way. Violet's most exciting form isn't the pseudos or Volcarona, it's fricking silly ass Delibird and its wack ass stats.
Honestly I don't dislike the Future paradox forms at all (outside of Donphan's, it's just something about that fricking face). I'm just dissapointed they went with "Lmao robots" instead of having interesting variety, like descendants of the pokemon, mutants, and cyborgs. But, at the least, the majority of the designs don't outright suck. I get that they were trying to have them all replicate Miraidon.
it sucks that Donphan, the one design to actually create something new instead of essentially being a costume in a multiplayer game, got fricked over with that stupid face
I like the mecha/cyberpunk theme going on, but I agree, I wouldn't have minded more variety.
In general, it seems like a lot of no-brainer ideas weren't picked up on. I'm really surprised with Salamence in particular, I thought the whole idea of a flightless mence was the most logical conclusion, but instead its feral, feathered Megamence.
At least they look cool.
absolutely not, violet still solos ;*~~)
no idea why people think the scarlet designs are good
only really like mence and volcarona out of them. magneton, jigglypuff, amoongus, and misdreavus are dumb looking.
The badnicks from the new Soni game are looking pretty decent
Hydreigon just looks like they hit the "reduce polygons" button in Maya. Some of the other kinda look that way too
I just need hydreigon shiny to be gold so I can name him Ghidorah and not feel moronic
These robot pokemon suck.
Wait, Miraidon counts as a paradox form?
was it not obvious when they revealed cyclizar?
Are you shitting me right now? Mirai means future Kurai means past. Cyclizar is the titular legendary, the games focus around time paradoxes.
Did you SERIOUSLY just now start connecting the dots?
Cyclizar's just a regular mon, everyone has them
Wait, you ACTUALLY didn't know that Cyclizar is miraidon/kuraidon?
I'm not the Anon you were responding to, I'm just correcting that one little bit
Cope harder moron.
Hydreigon is hideous, it looks like a toy
I don't really give a shit about the paradox forms tbh, I'm still buying violet
Donophan Hariyama and Galladevoir are actually interesting.
Volvarona looks cool, but it including delibird ttar and hydreigon are just robot versions of the Pokémon they are based on. which is pretty sad.
Also it activates my autism that all of them are called “iron blank” and none of them are steel type.
Wait a second...I didn't even notice it and I was happy as Magneton fan but looking closer why does Sandy Magneton have a tail? HAHAHAHA WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT?
>tfw only just realised that the three NFEs are pokemon that got an evo or a baby in a "future" gen
frick me
What was the thread where the forms where revealed?
Thats it im preordering Violet today.
The Scarlet ones where kinda creative and goofy. Being NFE dosn't really matter since these all seem to act like Legendarys.
Most of these are just [Pokemon] But made of metal (Still not steel type). People belived that they would do more with the concept of Pokemon from the future. Tyranitar and Hydreigon seems to be especially basic despite peoples expectations for them, the fact that they lose BST is not helping them either.
Hariyama and Gallade is still pretty cool imo.
