I'll pass.
1 million profit factors, or the chance to get run over by this car?
>posting the khornetroony instead of Incendia
you're going on my list heretic
i'm not riding in the same car as cannibaltroon, and winterbro is actually ridding the galaxy of xenos which is more than chorda has ever done
he's a moron
easily manipulated by a khorne cultist
a fricking Khorne cultist, a moron with room temperature iq, managed to outwit him
how stupid do you have to be
calligos is so dumb he could be legally declared brain-dead
servitors probably have higher cognitive function than him
it's a good thing we're not going to invent a nuke then, we're just going to kill xenos.
LMAO, found the unperceptive dumbass.
You can literally call out at the party that Worten is only pretending to be a dumb thug if you pass the skill test.
And it's not some cultist, but an actual demon in a meat suit.
>Tell me, Rogue Trader, what's the most you ever lost in a game of regicide?
i once lost my virginity over a game of regicide
>jimmi

>calligos
>easily tricked into worshipping chaos and stops trying to kill xenos when snapped out of it
I know, he's perfect
The real team would be: Abelard, Cassia, Pascal and Argenta.
I name them the Dogmatic 4, yes, Abelard is Iconoclaust but we know how he stands on Chaos anyway.
any sane being should stand up against chaos
Cassia doesn't give a shit, neither does abelrad. I don't know what his hatred for chaos has to do with xenos. pasqal is fine, since he seems to harbour hate for yrliet for some reason
>not jimi who seethes at every xenos with the power of a thousand suns
frick off
Cassia and Abelard both voices reasons against the xeno after her betrayal.
And Yrliet hates Pascal too because muh stealing iron monkeigh so the feeling is mutual.
>>not jimi who seethes at every xenos with the power of a thousand suns
After this game, I don't trust any Inquisitor.
If you don't have a personal relationship with the Emperor, kindly frick off.
>pasqal is fine, since he seems to harbour hate for yrliet for some reason
>for some reason
Statistics
Ain't he the guy who would end killing her in one of the bad endings?
Pascal and Argenta are massively based.
Ulfar is so fricking lame.
He always says xenos bad because "archived encounters show" and "statistical probability of positive outcome of cooperation". Basically 13/52 in wh40k. So yes, massively based.
And he's right you know.
Of course. Everything he says is based on data and statistics. It's not simply blind hate, but logical conclusion based on empirical evidence.
>Ain't he the guy who would end killing her in one of the bad endings?
He kills her in all of his endings except the "reject armanat and reject eschaton" ending.
That makes no sense. He should kill her only in the most dogmatic ending, which is exactly the reject Amanat and eschaton ending.
In the most dogmatic ending he recognizes that that he was committing Heresy against the Omnissiah by being the primary judge of all of technology, so he allows the admech to make decisions for him as he returns to doing his job as a dutiful cog.
His other endings either his ego fully takes over and he becomes a heretek, or he becomes a grand crusader for the omnissiah, but his emotions still get in the way (Ulfar and Yrliet) before he fricks off to bring the war to the dark mechanicus.

Tht doesn't seem very fair.
If anything it should be Chora there. And Doloroso for Calligos
Argenta fits the dumb airhead. Only instead of weather predicting nipples it's bolters
Game would have honestly been improved if Argenta didn't hold back.
Would have fit her 'arc' better too, if every encounter with a heretic/xenos had a real risk of her just blasting the fricker in the face with her bolter, and you could encourage (fury), complement her zeal (fire), or get upset (humility) about it, it would make having her along be more interesting, and then when humility leads to her failing her pilgrimage all of the iconocucks would cry.
there's not a single developer right now brave enough to pull off something like this. I agree it would be cool
Sadly, you're right.
For some playthroughs sure. But it would also allow them to give her proper faith powers and other shit that SoB do in the tabletop that's too ridiculous for this game apparently. Really make you have to decide do you want to be Dogmatic and go around with Dogmatic people who destroy the enemies of humanity, or do you want to lose out on using a Sister.
Likewise Heretical options should have come with a lot more boons to reflect chaos tempting you to its side.
This is why the first anon is right.
Honestly Argenta is the best companion in this game, partly because her dialogs and personality are just right.
Yrliet is by far the most companion they put the most lore in the game and her character switches between uwu u my Elentach to >:( I kill you mon-keigh at a drop of a hat.
I agree. I would have enjoyed if you could recruit more hardcore dogmatic people or convert some of your followers to being more dogmatic.
>Forgefiend
Two forgefiends, and yeah I greatly enjoyed my heretic run, but mechanically speaking I think it could have done more to get people to slip to chaos for boons.
My favorite part of Heretic is going up to people and going "bitch, THIS is how evil is done"
Most of your characters are Dogmatic tho.
Hell, I run my own gang of Dogmatic along with Abelard in the game.
I only run with this elf due to the forest mission, but she again turns into a liability.
>Two
Is there another one later? I only managed to bring one on kiava to heel. It's like clifford the big red killing machine and I love him. Do they do anything other than kill shit on my ship when I don't feel like dealing with it during warp travel?
Heretic does have some fun moments like letting you cast undetectable alugnment on yourself, turnting a forgefiend to your side and the whole of Euphrates II. I almost felt sorry for Kunrad when he watched his CSM buddy betray him for me after I slaughtered the spessyiffs.
Argenta already gets exclusive saving throws, damage resistance vs warp shit and the ability to pray daemons to death via her sister/priest talents, tho.
>This is why the first anon is right.
You don't get it
Making me choose between one character or another is one thing, depending on the run. Frankly once it hits act IV she should leave.
Making it so there's a non zero chance she might just shoot any Xeno you interact with on first meeting without telling you beforehand (like with Idira) and instead making you react to it means she'd be unusable at all. Any iconoclastic or heretical run would require you to instantly boot her from the party or just leave her on the ship instead of having it happen organically.
You're just a moron, as expected of a dogmakek
As expected.
If an Iconoclast cannot stand the sight of a Sister of Battle, it tells me more about the Iconoclast than the Sister, who is in universe even more resistant to Chaos than Space Marines.
>who is in universe even more resistant to Chaos
No they aren't. Stop coating your armor in sister blood Kaldor you fricking idiot.
And this isn't about lore, this is entirely a game dev issue. What you're suggesting is moronic.
What COULD be done alternatively is have her attempt to shoot any xeno, mutant (this would have to include Cassia by the way, regardless of her status as sanctioned) or heretic. If you don't let her, it incrementally increases a flag that will at certain points lead to her finally losing it and attempting to shoot you.
That is a far better way to put in the mechanic/lore you want.
Even then, Argenta's not a particularly dogmatic person by sororitas standards. She cares too much. She actually suggests you save people instead of bombing the planet in Rykard Minoris for example.
Yes, they are.
There have been lesser Sisters falling to Chaos than muhreen and Inquisitors.
Cope harder.
And there's less stories about sisters than there are about marines or inquisitors
The "never fallen to Chaos" is a goddamn propaganda tool and the lore itself as acknowledged this at several points.
Heck the game tells you that's basically what it is. Argenta refuses to talk about it but acknowledges it happens.
Now fricking stop coating your armor in their blood idiot.
No the real fricking lore says sisters are harder to corrupt, and there's nothing to say otherwise.
There are some ways cases but they are individuals (Miriel Sabathiel or Iconoclast, yes a character named Iconoclast) but most others are due to brainwashing, forced mutation or even forced plagues.
The Sisters are protected by having faith in the Emprah.
>Argenta refuses to talk about it but acknowledges it happens.
When she says Repentia, these sisters just do small stuff like fleeing from battles or suffering from fear, not corrupted. If they are corrupted, they will not repent.
>the real fricking lore
Do point to it because nothing actually states that. And if you genuinely come at me with shit from the same idiots that thought the Grey Knights debacle which I've been referencing I will ignore it.
>when she says Repentia
No, I'm talking about falling to Chaos. She has dialogue about it. She merely says she won't speak of it because they're stories not worth repeating. Which honestly I agree with. Stories with bad ends are shite.
>There are some ways cases but they are individuals (Miriel Sabathiel or Iconoclast, yes a character named Iconoclast) but most others are due to brainwashing, forced mutation or even forced plagues.
Fun fact, the Iconoclast alignment should actually be called Benevolentia.
And yes, those are named examples, but there's unnamed ones too. Again, nothing states in lore they're more resistant to corrupt. Faith in the Emperor does absolutely jack fricking shit.
>Again, nothing states in lore they're more resistant to corrupt
yeah, there is:
>Pure Faith (Talent)
>Your faith in the God-Emperor of Mankind, His divine power and grace, is total and complete. This faith wraps around you and suffuses your soul, armouring you so the foul influences
and weapons of the heretic cannot bear to touch you. Pure Faith provides all of the following benefits:
> • You are always immune to the effects of Daemonic Presence (including the negative modifiers to your Willpower).
>• You may avoid taking a Fear Test, avoid acquiring Insanity Points and avoid gaining Corruption Points by spending a Fate Point. These safeguards remain in place for the
duration of the encounter only.
>• You may burn a Fate Point to resist the effects of any single Daemonic or psychic attack, effectively allowing you to emerge unscathed as if by a miracle.
The Dark Heresy 1st edition, The Inquisitor's Handbook, page 50
Thank you based brother.
Heretic and Iconocuck wanting to corrupt the good Sister be damned!
To add to that, I'm pretty sure there's a talent they can take that alows them to take insanity points instead of corruption points, but I ain't gonna look for it, because I'm busy, and I don't even remember which edition to search, so don't quote me on that
>using the mechanics of the tabletop
>not even the goddamn tabletop wargame, the fricking d100 tabletop
Brilliant showing.
Thanks for what? Showing what morons dogmakeks are?
>so moronic that they can dodge Daemon psychic attacks by believing
This isn't moronic, this is Forrest Gump.
You, meanwhile, is full moronic and heretical.
There is absolutely nothing in lore that states a sister is more resistant to corruption.
You're wrong and you're reaching.
And nice how after all of this you ignored the fact Argenta takes iconoclastic options as required. Since she's not a dogmakek like you.
Cope more heretic while I literally hold the faith dices in my hand.
Where is your faith, heretic, or is it just corruption?
My faith in the greater good of humanity lets me turn even dogfricking women back to the light of the Emperor. What does you dogmakek impotent rage do?
>greater good
Nice try, blueberry, the Imperium knows better than to trust you.
>of humanity
READ DOGMAKEK! READ!
>It's not how it even works in game.
I literally turn the governess of Janus back from her path of corruption with a single iconochad dialogue. It's just the handmaiden stabs her right after because heretics just like dogmakeks can't handle IconoCHAD superiority.,
>I literally turn the governess of Janus back from her path of corruption with a single iconochad dialogue. It's just the handmaiden stabs her right after because heretics just like dogmakeks can't handle IconoCHAD superiority.,
That's NOT Iconoclast check, scum, you can rouse her with Dogmatic as well.
Meanwhile, can you pray yourself out of trauma in Act 3, Iconocuck, or your atheist mind is too good for praying?
>Meanwhile, can you pray yourself out of trauma in Act 3, Iconocuck, or your atheist mind is too good for praying?
No, but I can meditate with my iconoclastic xeno wife and lift a literal malediction on my soul dogmakek
I'm also the only one apparently smart enough to understand clown go figure.
>b-b-but I c-can too b-because
that means you too iconochad choices. You're "tainted" dogmakek, just like Argenta, you should BLAM yourself.
>I can meditate with the one who got me into that mess to begin with
Marvelous iconocuck
>got me into that mess
The dogmakek doesn't even know the game he's discussing. Amazing
Handholding already confirmed. Only a matter of time. Meanwhile dogmakeks get nothing but seething impotently they can't frick the sister (Cassia is not a dogmakek inb4)
>Argenta is the character who acts out the Imperial Creed the most in this game, she's as Dogmatic as it can be.
Again doesn't even know the game he's discussing.
Argenta encourages you to take the ICONOCLASTIC option at Rykard Minoris dogmakek. She's also generally far kinder and gentler with orphans, and you can even get her to make peace with and be friendlier with idira.
You have nothing dogmakek, but your own seethe.
Holy cope, Argenta didn't know how bad it gets, she did not object to Heinrix's suggestion when it was proposed.
Kneel, Iconocuck, I know you still can be redeemed, a BLAM is all it takes.
>Holy cope, Argenta didn't know how bad it gets, she did not object to Heinrix's suggestion when it was proposed.
She didn't say a thing. She said her piece and there was no indication she accepted the results.
She wanted you to save the innocent. Cope.
>Kneel, Iconocuck, I know you still can be redeemed, a BLAM is all it takes.
Sorry dogmakek, iconochads only kneel for the Emperor and his based eldarfricker son. Dogmakeks get nothing
>She didn't say a thing. She said her piece and there was no indication she accepted the results.
She didn't object or say anything to hint against the action. A Sister of Battle is fully committed to say the right thing even if it gets her killed.
>Sorry dogmakek, iconochads only kneel for the Emperor and his based eldarfricker son. Dogmakeks get nothing
I knew it, the cuck still wants to be loyal to the Emprah. No, you won't get the cake and eat it too.
I sentence you to a quick BLAM.
>She didn't object or say anything to hint against the action. A Sister of Battle is fully committed to say the right thing even if it gets her killed.
>she didn't say anything that means she accepts it!
I can't believe you're coping this hard.
Does that mean Abelard's okay with you remaining to save innocents, putting yourself at risk, since he doesn't say a word if you pick that option?
>I knew it, the cuck still wants to be loyal to the Emprah
I am loyal to the Emperor. Imperial Truth. Reminder the Emperor would purge every single dogmakek in the galaxy. Before even the Xenos or Chaos. You'd get the psyker blast first.
>Already explained. Argenta didn't know how bad it gets. Navigator is considered godly by Black Templars, Inquisitor and Sister of Battles.
Cope, in lore cope
>he's literally texting the SoB in their dream right now.
>actually arguing the Emperor's okay with religious fanaticism
The cope levels are beyond insane.
Iconocuck doesn't update to the new lore.
Emperor has grown out of the edgy atheist phase since the existence of miracles and the SoB's saints.
>nulore
I had the decency of not using the Khorne plague as proof sisters are just as corruptible as other humans, as Iconochads have the decency to know nulore is shit. I see that the dogmakek isn't bound by any measure of decency, and will resort to nulore if required.
Holy cope, I have no problem admitting the Khorne plague thing since it makes sense, it didn't convert people, it literally makes people into crazy berserkers.
The fact some were immune to it proves the Emperor protects.
Your wife is getting ploved by Dogmabulls in an inquisition basement while she MAY let you hold her hand if you beg hard enough for a few decades
>you have nothing
I rape my serfs like any proper Imperial noble should
>Your wife is getting ploved by Dogmabulls
ah yes, true form of gaming where everyone jerk offs to something.
>you can even get her to make peace with and be friendlier with idira.
That ends with Idira becoming Pious not Argenta becoming a psyker lover. In fact the ending slide even says Argenta preaches the word of how even the foul Psyker can find the Emperor's light.
Yes. Except in order to do this you have to take iconoclastic options and stop Argenta from being an idiot.
Which again, Argenta willingly does instead of seething like half this thread, because Argenta is dogmatic. She's not a dogmakek. She can be reasonable as situation dictates and is actually a good kind hearted person.
Dogmakeks are not the same as dogmatic.
>Yes. Except in order to do this you have to take iconoclastic options and stop Argenta from being an idiot.
No you don't?
You just have to take the neutral option of "don't shoot the psyker who has a daemon trying to get into her brain even though in lore all sanctioned psykers are trained to kill themselves if this happens"
It's a bit silly, but it's neutral.
Then the only other points you have to have them together are Commoragh where you stop Idira from chimping out, also neutral, and then Salis Prime where you don't get the Humility ending.
Not the one after the encounter. The one before. She's about to shoot her and telling her to stop is an iconoclastic choice.
>wife
>doesn't even touch him
Putting the cuck into Iconocuck I see
>turn back
Meh, chaos isn't just (lack of) morality. After a certain point there is no way back, whether the subject wants to or not.
>Meh, chaos isn't just (lack of) morality. After a certain point there is no way back, whether the subject wants to or not.
Governess was still in redemption range as far as her soul goes, though honestly in an ideal roleplay scenario I'd still execute her. But her soul would be saved which is more important in this world.
That's called BAD fricking writing, heretic.
It's not how it even works in game.
>There is absolutely nothing in lore that states a sister is more resistant to corruption.
Other than the fact they're specifically recruited from only the most devoted and faithful of all children in the Schola Progenium and then still filter out most of them so only the most single minded fanatics remain. And faith is pretty much the only weapon that works against chaos corruption, sooooo you're wrong.
As side note, in DH Sororitas literally can't gain corruption points and instead just get insanity points (which also provided them with buffs).
DH is as valid to this discussion of overall lore as the RT game itself is to the discussion, but you don't seem to want tor realize or admit this.
Never mind ALL of this discussion, as fun as it is to shit on you dogmakeks, is completely and utterly irrelevant in the end.
Argenta herself wouldn't do what you want her to do, which is BLAM any xenos on sight. And if she did so without warning it would be absolutely abysmal game design. And since you brought up DH, that's what on a tabletop game would be considered murderhobo behavior, regardless of how you justify it.
So you concede that the Sororitas on account of who they recruit and how are more resistant to corruption at least.
Don't really care about the rest of your ramblings since I'm not even who you started this autistic discussion with, just figured I should correct your wrong take on Sisters.
I concede nothing. I'm just tired of hitting my head against a wall of stupidity. You're wrong on literally every count, but most importantly you're wrong it'd be a good idea to have Argenta just randomly blam Xenos.
>consequences
>it happens before you even do anything dialogue wise.
>consequences
Go read the post that started this discussion dogmakek. I'll wait.
You hang out with heretic and xeno, they get the bullets if the good Sister finds them too revolting, nothing weird about that.
Hell, she should shoot you and the Dark Eldar and you have to Persuation check her to calm her down like the Commissar, that should have been the mechanic.
That's not the same as what the post that started this discussion stated.
This is absolutely moronic even for a normal sister to do in crpg. Never mind Argenta who is, and I've said it before but let me say it again, actually mostly a nice person. Aka iconoclastic.
Again, Argenta is Dogmatic.
Cassia is Dogmatic, Heinrix is Dogmatic, Pascal is Dogmatic.
Most of the good persons in the game are Dogmatic.
You Iconoclast can go play with Winterscales, and you don't get to own the word "nice person", cuck.
>Argenta is dogmatic
Encourages iconoclastic options at several points
>Cassia is dogmatic
Is a mutant ergo dogmakeks are forced by their own logic to reject (no, the fact she's sanctioned means you tolerate her, not like her)
>Heinrix is dogmatic
Already tainted by Slaanesh and gets a Tzeentch mark along the way. This is your champion dogmakeks. Maybe I'm secretly talking to women which is why you like Heinrix
>Pasqal is dogmatic
No, when you meet him he can actually go either way. Your actions guide his end result.
Nope, not a single of them call for Iconoclast options, you are mistaking Iconoclast for reasonable, cuckold.
Also, Black Templars venerates Navigators, and not even Inquisitor can be said to be pure as Black Templar.
You know nothing, hand-holding cuck.
>Argenta tells you to spare innocents
>literally an iconoclastic option
>N-NOT AN ICONOCLASTIC OPTION
>a-also t-they ve-e
Cope. dogmakeks should not like Cassia by their own logic. You're just hypocrites.
Reminder if the Emperor woke up he'd purge every single dogmakek in existence.
>Cope. dogmakeks should not like Cassia by their own logic. You're just hypocrites.
Already explained. Argenta didn't know how bad it gets. Navigator is considered godly by Black Templars, Inquisitor and Sister of Battles.
>Reminder if the Emperor woke up he'd purge every single dogmakek in existence.
he's literally texting the SoB in their dream right now.
Understand Yrliet but why Argenta?
Are you a monster?
>if the Emperor woke up he'd purge every single dogmakek in existence
This shit annoys the frick out of me.
The Emperor
The guy who started the xenocide
The guy who said all psykers and mutants need to be controlled and tested and then their usefulness to the Imperium determines their fate.
For some reason people have this meme vision of him as the ultimate hippie, when the only thing he has in common with those clowns is he hates religion.
And he only hated it because he thought logic would kill chaos.
Now he would likely begrudgingly accept it.
>The guy who started the xenocide
>The guy who said all psykers and mutants need to be controlled and tested and then their usefulness to the Imperium determines their fate.
The guy who approaches each situation as rationally as possible as to what best serves humanity as a hole yes.
>when the only thing he has in common with those clowns is he hates religion.
Yes.
Hence he would purge every single fricking dogmakek. Heck it'd be personal for him. Not only are dogmakeks religious fanatics, they've used his name for it.
>Now he would likely begrudgingly accept it.
Actual fricking cope. The Ecclesiarchy, actively makes the Imperium worse at best, or outright fricking rebels and starts civil wars only a few orders less bad than the Horus heresy at worst. It's 100% the worst aspect and the biggest contributer to the shit the Imperium finds itself in. The ONLY GOOD THING to ever come out of it was the Sisters. That's actually literally it.
>The guy who approaches each situation as rationally as possible
Many of the xenos he killed were willing to be allies.
>best serves humanity as a whole
If he started purging religious people it would shake the foundation of the religion to the point of potentially shattering it, destroying the Sisters and every priest who had actually used faith powers for good.
The religion is a necessary part of the Imperium at this point.
>The religion is a necessary part of the Imperium at this point.
And the thunder warriors were a necessary part of his military,
>The guy who approaches each situation as rationally as possible
lol
lmao
He did. Not his fault he was surrounded by idiots who thought they knew better then ended up fricking up everything.
If everyone ever just behaved like the banana boys then all would be good.
>it's not the Emperor's fault he is a massive autistic frick up
lol
lmao
>no rebuttal
Concession accepted.
Rebuttal to what lmao. You need to present actual arguments in order to have them rebutted. Sticking your fingers in your ears and screaming "LALALALALA IT'S EVERYONE ELSE'S FAULT" is not an argument, doubly so since the list of things the Emperor just completely screwed up is miles long.
Funny thing is, shitposting aside, the Emperor's only true frick up was believing humanity's fundamentally capable of being good.
They're not and that's why they gravitate to faith. Lorgar wasn't 100% right in his approach but neither was he wrong.
The ideal shit would have been a strict monitoring of religious practices but not a total ban on them.
marazhai can't go around decapitating abelard's progenies if you keep him chained to a bedpost
>is miles long
It isn't.
If Oll didn't sperg out Big E would have had an almost complete dictionary of Enuncia (yes it's moronic, still)
If Erda didn't sperg out then Big E could have launched the Crusade with all of his Sons accounted and cared for on Terra. No Scattering, no psychological/Warp/daddy issues and frick ups for half the crew.
>ok, Scattering still happens with all the known frick ups, let's salvage the situation
If Lorgar just kept up with his brothers and kinda sorta did as he was told while Big E being
VERY lenient with him, then the GC goes through
If Horus had two brain cells to spare then he would have heeded Big E's advice on allowing lodges to fester in the form they did, namely that membership is exclusive and invitation only
>they stay moronic, Heresy starts
If Magnus did as he was told then the Heresy is a minor issue that quickly gets taken care of and the Webway Project proceeds.
And then shit was fricked.
>psychological/Warp/daddy issues
Horus was the one that the Emp raised and you know how he turned out
In fact, the only well adjusted one is Girlyman. Go figure he's the one with two parents that actually loved him.
>the only well adjusted one is Girlyman
Thank you for agreeing. But just for shitposting's/argument's sake:
>Angron stays sane with his empathic or whatever power
>Curze stays sane with his future sight
>Pert doesn't instantly go full mentally ill the moment he lands on his planet
>Fulgrim's homosexualry gets reined in while preventing the loss of almost the whole Legion
>Lion learns some very useful people skills instead of being an autist
>Mortarion doesn't end up being an assblasted homosexual who gets played like a fiddle
>Magnus can be slapped early on if he steps out of line
>Lorgar can be put under supervision
>rest can do whatever
Seems to be a pretty good deal.
The only ones that would truly benefit would be Angron and Mortarion. Curze as well maybe.
The others there'd be other things to make 'em go full homosexual.
>everything would've been fine if everyone had just blindly and faithfully followed the Emperor and never thought for themselves
For a guy arguing that the Emperor totes would've been an Iconocuck you sure like presenting him like a dogmakek.
>guy arguing that the Emperor totes would've been an Iconocuck
That's some moron, not me.
Coulda fooled me.
>Never mind Argenta who is, and I've said it before but let me say it again, actually mostly a nice person
>Aka iconoclastic.
Why are all iconocucks without exception mentally ill?
It's like talking to saladBlack folk in Kingmaker threads.
He's an Yrlietgay, a correct comparison would be Wenduaggays
Then again, you dogmatards are just as annoying. Alignments were a mistake
>Yrlietgay
Actually I'm a Cassiagay.
Iconocuck loves to lick the boots of all the Dogmachads companions and wife then.
They are THAT much of a cuckold.
Stick to Jae (actual Iconoclaust), you cuck.
No, I'll frick the mutant that you're not allowed to frick because your dogmakek worldview states mutants are disgusting so you're not allowed to touch them.
Stay seething dogmakek. Cassia fricks crime lord iconochads.
>You've spent this entire discussion saying that you're an Yrlietgay
Where exactly did I state this? The only reference I've made that could indicate this is correctly pointing out Roboute is a based eldarfricker. Which he is.
Cassia's the best girl. Really no arguments from me there.
>Cassia fricks crime lord iconochads
No, she fricks crime lord centrists
You've spent this entire discussion saying that you're an Yrlietgay
>Stick to Jae (actual Iconoclaust)
If picking the Nomos dogmatic ending means you're not actually dogmatic then Jae sure as hell isn't actually iconoclast
>Jae sure as hell isn't actually iconoclast
Not him, but I love that Jae is more racist than Heinrix.
Jae is evidence that there should have been a fourth alignment
Like "freedom" or "unbound" or "profit" or something along those lines
Not heretic but willing to do whatever to get ahead short of heresy
Taking xenos into your crew, dealing with pirates, telling the inquisitor to go frick himself, things like that should all have been this fourth alignment
They did say the alignment system was entirely different in early builds where it was made to make it so it reflected your interests and fears to determine what options you have and what you're locked out of.
Curious how that would have come out.
The "fourth" alignment is keeping all the alignments at rank 2 or lower
Only problem is that they're all very extreme so your character can end up looking like a schizo with multiple personalities
not really. there are oftenm several option for the same liagnment. For example on janus you can take the surviving rebel into custody to give him a fair trial, or you can execute him on the spot. both are dogmatic options. Or, you can execute him on the spot to give him cleaner death or let him go. Both are iconokek options. heretic options likewise range from - "lmao that sounds fun" to "look at how evil i am hon-hon-hon"
Based Herechads don't pretend to be the good guy like Dogmatards do
Both are executing random civilians, but the Herechad is having fun doing so
>It's like talking to saladBlack folk in Kingmaker threads.
That's because they are the same brand of subhuman. Same thing with WotR and same simps defending the queen using the exact same arguments. Likely to be the exact same "people" here for that matter.
The Iconocuck fears consequences for his action, always.
the mechanics of the tabletop
>>not even the goddamn tabletop wargame, the fricking d100 tabletop
>Brilliant showing
you can try moving the goalposts, but these are official rulebooks, and all the rules in it written in a way as to reflect the fluff. Everything you read in them is no less official than BL slop, and maybe even more
https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Miriael_Sabathiel
>Miriael Sabathiel was a Sister Superior of the Order of Our Martyred Lady and is the only Sister of Battle acknowledged to have willingly fallen to Chaos.
Meanwhile, no such thing for Inquisitor and Spess Muhreen.
Some chapters freely admit that their boys fall to Chaos.
>And yes, those are named examples, but there's unnamed ones too. Again, nothing states in lore they're more resistant to corrupt. Faith in the Emperor does absolutely jack fricking shit.
Holy fricking cope, faith in the Emperor turns them into Saint, and that's how the faith dice function where they can even ignore damages (an ability of Argenta in this game).
>acknowledged
>Some (Space Marines( chapters freely admit that their boys fall to Chaos.
dont tell the secondaries about my wife, homosexual
Your wife's existence is a sin!
Why does Khorne get all the best women?
>what's the problem
The problem is that it doesn't fricking function 90% of the time right now.
Sure they MIGHT fix it later, but RIGHT NOW it's trash.
This game has turned me into a big Sister of Battle fan!
Wish me luck in Battlesector!
Miriael Sabathiel got tortured raped by a Keeper of Secrets and turns to Slaneesh tho.
She has lamprey like tongue.
There are like 5 good chaos SoB images in existence, dont be picky, gayet
>AI might have bumped it up to 6
>why does the muscular alpha get all the girls
As the other anon says
>acknowledged
It's a fricking cope. Heck if I wanted to blow you the frick out I'd bring up the Khorne plague and you'd be even more wrong, but I've had enough decency not to use that example. Just remember I could.
The Khrone plague is new and it literally forces people to become crazy.
Plenty of Inquisitors and Muhreen go into Chaos for muh power or knowledge or vanity like that.
>Arks of Omen 'lore'
The fake leaks /tg/ made for that awful event were better than the real thing. What am absolute disappointment. Fricking infuriating.
Hence why I didn't bring it up, because it's shit for many reasons.
But it's been the case sisters fall to chaos. It's just they never acknowledge it. Precisely to keep it from happening.
I did saý that faith in the Emperor does nothing but that's not exactly correct. Rather it's that faith in of itself is a protection. It's the same reason the eldar's paths work. It's self discipline. Sisters are no less susceptible if put under extreme duress as any human with the same exact training and discipline as them, but they maintain the aura of uncorruptability because it ultimately does help. If you believe your status as a daughter of the Emperor, as his holy representative, gives you protection, then it gives you protection (so long as you don't take it too far into pride, which is why sisters strike a balance)
>anon falls for Ministorum cover up story after there was a Sister they couldn't kill
Sad.
>Any iconoclastic or heretical run
Forget that, even in dogmatic runs you would have to get rid of her, contrary to what the average dogmalawtardcuck that browses these threads thinks you don't always have to default to shooting first
Argenta being an uppity c**t that acts without your permission would be prime BLAM material, just like Jae
I get what he means. It's a bit moronic she doesn't eventually lose her shit with you.
Especially if you're encouraging the fury flags in her personal quests while simultaniously you're consorting with the filthy Xenos woman (pic related)
At some point she has to either lose it, or alternatively there has to be a way to mellow her out. The thing is that, again, she's already extremely mellow by an sob's standards. I don't think people realize how fricking nice she is. If the game had more than one alignment for each companion hers would be dogma 3 and icono 2.
>The thing is that, again, she's already extremely mellow by an sob's standards. I don't think people realize how fricking nice she is.
Did she say this?
The only thing she says, and it's a battle dialogue so really shouldn't be taken as a character moment, is "pain cleanses the body"
Again look at her actions. She cares for orphans on a personal level. She asks you to rescue people instead of doing the correct act of exterminatus at Rykard. She's gentle and kind of the granddaughter of a pirate (sins are generational and any SoB will tell you that. Heck she herself acts a bit like that with you)
Even with Idira, she's brutal at first but she can potentially get on friendly terms with her.
Argenta quotes a lot from the Dark Heresy rulebook, things like "Sins in the heart turn all to decay" and so on (it's a divination result from character generation)
She doesn't directly say it, it's just one of the quotes in the Sisters of the Battle book for dark heresy.
Iconocuck really wants to paint how bad Dogmachads ae when all the dialogs options of Iconocuck are terrible and forced.
Meanwhile, Chorda, the corrupted Dogmatic, gives a heartfel confession instead LOL my closest servant got corrupted by Chaos and I didn't know LOL.
>Iconocuck
Dogmakek mad that he has to lick boots while IconoCHADS get to create a paradise in the galaxy, get a cool C'tan shard son and impregnate Cassia. (dogmakeks would just call her a filthy mutant if they were honest but they're also hypocrites), or mind melt with Yrliet or have fun times with Jae.
Dogmakeks get what? Jimmi if they have a vegana? lol. Lmao even.
Shadow Baron Jae is the best partner for a Dogmatic RT.
Jae is a deserter and a traitor.
Her only husband should be the airlock.
>IconoCHADS get to create a paradise in the galaxy. you didn't create shit though, the deus ex machina did
>you raised your kid to do the right thing
>you didn't do anything
Dogmakeks seething. Keep licking boots.
>n-no s-sex allowed, that's why I don't get women
Cain says hi. Seethe more.
>iconob***h can only hide behind c'tan pet or he gets BTFO by Imperium
lmao
>muh sex and vaggies
Might try that one with Slaneesh, heretic.
t. the guy who cries every thread because he can't frick Argenta
You first, Iconocuck.
Those who BLAM the Sister would get BLAM by me first.
She'd just end up being a permanent benchwarmer.
>wouldn't it be funny if a character was just permanently unusable.
I'd keep her on the ship forever if she did that.
>and then when humility leads to her failing her pilgrimage all of the iconocucks would cry.
If she really tried to murder people all the time I wouldn't even mind.
I don't even do the "extra turns to Argenta and nothing else" build, my main damage dealers are Idira, Cassia and Yrliet so it would be fine.
>murder people
>people
iconocuck detected. Don't project onto others.
Is this game fixed yet? I want to sink my teeth into another crpg but if it's still fricked I'll just play Kingmaker.
still fricked. wait a year or so
Love me Kingmaker. Simple as.
>Idira laughs at my attempts to woo the autist
not funny. at this rate i'm gonna die a virgin
>i'm gonna die a virgin
>not funny
don't worry, you can get marz to fix that for you
Don't worry, you will get fricked regardless
>Idira still alive
See, that was your first mistake right there
Defiler in Act 4 was seemingly bullshit at first, then after a long time, I remembered that you should check their actual stats.
>they still haven't fixed the bug where jimi always has his sword out when he comes back on footfall
c'mon, man, you're gonna hurt someone
>Owlcat giving me a bad slide because unleashing the warp on Cum-on-rag bad
I accept.
The damn elves enjoy it anyway and I enjoy killing more drukhari.
>Owlcat giving me a bad slide because unleashing the warp on Cum-on-rag bad
Worth it and I'd do it again.
It's a Dogmatic and Heretic options too, so of course you can't do it if you are Iconoclaust, because reasons.
Dem poor Dark Eldar feelings!
Well, to be fair opening warp gates is NEVER a good idea.
On the other hand, frick dark eldar.
In realspace? Yes.
In Cum-on-rag?
It's a blessing.
giving me a bad slide because unleashing the warp on Cum-on-rag bad
AND I WOULD FRICKING DO IT AGAIN. COPE AND SEETHE, VECT! SEND YOUR BEST AFTER ME I WILL TURN THEM ALL TO SPACE DUST
REMOVE ENVIRONMENTAL HAZZARDS THEY ARE NOT A FUN MECHANIC YOU FRICKING HACKS
>touch one pixel of warp fart cloud
>character gets 5 traumas
WOOOOOOOOOOOW
Where the frick is this "pair holster" accessory that's supposed to be good for arch militants and jae? Google says it's in the footfall shadow quarter warehouse but I've been all over there and haven't found it. I hope I didn't accidentally sell it at some point.
Jae's recruitment quest.
I don't think I ever found it. Is it loot from an NPC or is it hidden loot requiring a perception check? I went back later after hearing about the accessory but there's nothing there. I wonder if I can mod it into my inventory.
>tbh thinking to redeem Caligos but decides not to because I already rescued his son and secured my connection
Sorry, my man, it was not personal.
How many patches does it need? Can I play it yet?
A year is usually enough. there's so much shit to play that the wait isn't even unbearable. Not to mention the disappointing act which needs to be fixed.
>he thinks they're going to finally finish an entire unfinished act in a patch
thanks for beta testing. pls buy the dlc 2 years from now to unlock the empty 2/3 of the star map 🙂
Just pray to the Emperor every times a save loads, works for me!
The gamebreaking bugs are 100% fixed. Tons of talents are still bugged and broken, but the abilities and leveling system are so convoluted that you will rarely notice. The game's main flaw is that they literally did not finish it, and this can't/won't be fixed in a patch. Despite its glaring issues, the game is incredibly fun (when it works)
>The gamebreaking bugs are 100% fixed
no they're not lmao. my game got bricked at the start of chapter 4
I purged Nomos at the end of act 2, the Nomos servitors still shoved up in act 4 and I can talk with it like if nothing happened
for me the whole nomos quest bugged out in the middle of act 2 lmao. only at the time i didn't know if it was intended or it was a bug
in the current patch?? i waited till the current patch to start chapter 4 for that very reason, and I'm most of the way through it with 0 issues. I haven't heard of anyone getting hardlocked or softlocked or even getting broken quest flags at any point in chapter 4.
>in the current patch??
yes. So it went like this: The first bug was immediately after ymeryss fight where the cutscene didn't play cmpletely, and after it was done she stood up with 1 hp and coudn't be killed for good even with kill all cheat. She simply resurrected after every kill She also stood close to the gate so every time I went to activate it she aggroed and the fight started all over again. Somehow I maanged to sneak to the gate and enter it to finish the chapter. But then as chapter 4 started the cutscenes on the birdge did not trigger, and as a result I didn't get any of the act4 quests, neither the main ones, nor side ones. And that's when i ended my run
You're going to have to redo the act III final battle.
Since the start.
i've aleady restarted the game. I'll get there when I get there.
The thing is that I had bugs at the end of act IV too. Just restarting the act III battle fixed it. This was 2 patches ago.
At the start* of act IV.
Talents are going to remain bugged for a long time.
Honestly if it had been just that I'd accept it as innevitable.
which talents are still bugged? Is there comprehensive list somewhere?
Probably not because there's tons of them people never notice.
Plus the niche ones nobody confirms.
>100% fixed
Shitload of people are stuck in Cumrag since the game refuses to start the second arena battle for them.
Game also shits itself if you recruit Marzipan during the fight then decide to execute him along with Ulfar and Argenta, gets stuck in perma cutscene mode.
Flags and etudes tend to get messed up if you go to Footfall before QT.
Companion quests not spawning/progressing in Chapter 4.
Yes, loads of people have completed the game bug free, but it's just a matter of rolling the dice.
oops meant to
>iconocucks
>need c'tan pet to survive
>be Dogmatichad
>raise my AI son to be the righteous flame of the Emperor
Iconocuck would never. Parenting bad.
>my AI son
Can't fool us herecuck
Take it up with Inquisition.
No see it's a "Machine Spirit" not AI, that makes it okay.
Wow, you actually get to fully corrupt Idira as a heretic. I was hoping you'd get to do that. I'm shocked they managed to squeeze in any interesting content at all in this shitty act. The tortured farseer fight was really cool too
i wouldn't mind the dungeon diving dlc again, but only if the dngeon is as spooky as a space hulk. maybe some ancient ruins on what ends up being a tomb world could be spooky too
Bully the fish
Abuse the elf
Shoot the psyker
Yup... it's dogmachad time
>make your Navigator mad and lose your best fighters because muh dogma
sounds about right
I am my best fighter
>Bully the fish
>dogmachad
nah, you're just a moron
The mutant is lucky I didn't shoot it on sight
>B-but muh sanctioned freak
Clearly heretic lies, the God Emperor would never sanction a mutant.
But since I need the monster I won't kill it
You're a larper just like Chorda. Never gonna make it as dogmachad, sorry.
she's a lot more freaky and monstrous than your average navigator tbh. shooting her and getting a new one with a cool portrait is not a bad idea
this is the only real answer, rest is just teenage babble, much like the character in question
lol
Emperor was a psyker.
Heretic lies
Face the wall for your summary execution
not sure if iconocuck or heretic bait
either way, bait
The Emperor is the perfection of humanity made manifest, psykers are not human therefore the Emperor cannot be a psyker
>psykers are not human
Heresy.
They're detestable mutants i.e not human
Emperor says otherwise, Lex Imperialis says otherwise, Ecclesiarchy says otherwise.
Cease your heresy and repent, sinner.
Explain the Emperor's Light then.
Hey buddy, you might not be aware but that's literal Imperial DOGMA.
Are you able to get [spoilers] Calligos AND the CSM [/spoilers] party members in the same heretic playthrough?
it's spoiler. singular
Just press control s
No, the three secret companions are mutually exclusive since they need at least 3 in their alignment.
yeah, I got them both in one run Although the CSM was invisible on my ship.
marry the fish
love the fish
hold hands with the fish
get your back scratched by the fish's claws
impregnate the fish
Based
What devilry is this? Chaos Cassia?
What's chaotic about it?
The purple, her skin is supposed to be white.
Makes her look daemonette.
It's just the lighting
>get your back scratched by the fish's claws
this is canon.
>anti-waifugays larping as dogmabros again
is there any way to make her chill out a bit?
I don't think what she's doing is wrong, but the lady needs a good night's sleep and to leave cannibalism to the space marines
>leave cannibalism to the space marines
She doesn't get a say in that. Halo device and all.
Just exile her instead of letting her pass judgement on herself
>I don't think what she's doing is wrong
Eating brains. Out of someone's head.
Not "someone"
A heretic
Heretics aren't people so it's okay
so does Ulfar
Ulfar won't get prion disease from that. Plus has an omophagaea.
Exiling her is the closes you can get. Though you need to be iconoclown for that.
>iconoclown
Forever mad
You can exile her, but pretty sure that causes Doloroso to flip his shit and attack you. Or maybe that's if you convict her to death.
>Or maybe that's if you convict her to death.
No, he attacks you anyway. But frick that guy.
He attacks you if she 'redeems' herself.
The reason he allies with you initially is because he thinks she is too far gone, but then she isn't.
But that's moronic. He should praise the Emperor she's not actually too far gone.
The issue is Doloroso fricked her up badly and if she survives his role in the reason for her brutality comes out.
Yeah, but if you dogmatic enough he confesses it easily as if he's ready to accept the punishment.
Can eating corpse starch be qualified as cannibalism btw?
>it's a trap can't be disabled without triggering episode again
do they honestly think these are fun or something? I can at least somewhat understand that in pozzfinder where it gives arcane tricksters something to do, but here?
I didn't find a single trap like that. I disabled everything.
I think there were like a total of 2 traps that I could not disable or avoid to get somewhere
Where?
I think there was 1 in Kiava gamma for one of the platforms. Could not find a way to get around the stairs and there was no other way to that platform. I think there may have been 1 more in one of the companion quests
There one in space hulk. on your way back after restoring the electricity. Sure, the traps can be disregarded for the most part because they do so little damage, but it's still fricking annoying
>There one in space hulk. on your way back after restoring the electricity.
Your issue is the pathfinding then, not the traps. Those were easily disarmed, but if it's what I think it was hard to maneuver to the disarm point
no, it's not pathfinding. there's a trap in a narrow corridor that can not be navigated through since it covers the entire width of it
Dunno what to tell you anon. I managed it.
Yes, he's literally falling to Khorne at that very moment and encouraging his bloodlust just makes it worse.
>Yes, he's literally falling to Khorne at that very moment and encouraging his bloodlust just makes it worse.
For him sure. But is there a reason to keep eldar alive?
>But is there a reason to keep eldar alive?
there is haemonculus hiding on the planet and eldar scum know where he is
Exterminatus will surely solve both problems.
true, but unfortunately owlkeks didn't give us this option
>For him sure. But is there a reason to keep eldar alive?
Beyond the fact you can't kill them without encouraging Calligos?
They tell you where Trevantias is, though I imagine there's other ways to find out
It makes Yrliet sad otherwise.
They're in the right, killing Trevantias is too important to care about a few lives.
>They tell you where Trevantias
How does this guy survive the encounter with RT in the end of act 3?
Dark Eldar use cloning technology and soul transferrals.
What an obnoxious race
90% of the race doesn't have the means to pay for it, and most of those in the 10% can only pay for it by effectively becoming a slave to someone who has enkuhh power to make deals with the Haemonculi.
The Haemomculi themselves are literal esoteric dark wizards who spend all of their time perfecting their fleshcrafting, since any of them worth their salt has at least a half dozen backups.
Does this mean he might not be 100% dead even after you kill him at the lab?
Yep. See Act 4.
Yeah I mean after that.
Anyway, for sure anyhow.
Deldar are super high tech to the point they have limited resurrection tech
Is that a deldar biology thing or could they also resurrect humans or whatever?
It's technology. Dunno if it works on humans, but it's expensive so don't think they'd use it on humans. Unless they really want to torture you to death twice.
Or you really impress them with your skill in torture
Given the failed clones imply that Calcazar's men broke his resurrection tech, any future resurrections might be busted if he has any.
If you super piss off Tervantis he murders you and resurrects you in his lab in Act 3.
invest in demolition
invest in lore xenos
invest in tech use
stop being dumb
the only moron here is you
git gud gay
wait like 2 years, seriously
>Iconoclast choices are very smart and well-written
I guess I will be the nitpicker and point out that this opens up the iconoclast tree of further responses when he asks you why he should not
And, is there an actually good reason not to?
For fairness's sake, this is the other dialog choices.
So yes, profit, lie or telling Caligos killing xenos make look bloodthirsty and bad.
>xeno hands have made this post
Nope, this is fricking Owlcat.
They fricked up here, now I have to no choice to be the cuck else I got a bad ending.
>For fairness's sake, this is the other dialog choices.
they are just as moronic, anon
Yes, that's the fricking point.
There should be a fricking [Dogmatic] I'm putting all these b***hes as slaves, you cool your shit, Caligos option.
>still no game about managing a grox burger franchise
>Nobody can resist's Cassia's waking nightmare
>Edge of Deaybreak goes from 7000 HP to 5500
So basically it's the Eldar's fault everything in the galaxy has gone to shit?
Nah, the War in Heaven kickstarted it all, and the Eldar were just cannonfodder pawns in that.
No frick off moron, the War in Heaven ended with every sides in hiding and the Eldar becomes the titular golden age.
Then they decide to murderfrick themselves to Slaneesh.
War in heaven is what caused the sea of souls to become the warp. It's most definitely the source of all issues currently affecting the 40k universe
The birth of Slaanesh didn't help of course.
Yes, massively yes.
The 3 Chaos Gods were bad, Slaneesh was worse.
About 25% "only", rest is because of the war in heaven. So necrons and old ones are the main culprits.
Technically entities like Khorne, Nurgle and yes, Slaaneesh already existed in the Warp from the start as the first sapient being come into existence. Slaanesh have always exist in the Warp, the Eldar just ended up empowered this particular emotion of exceed, combine with their psychic power, give Slaanesh enough power to ascend to god hood. Same thing as the Great Horn Rat in Fantasy
You're confusing your lores.
The warp was before the war in heaven the sea of souls. It wasn't the same hellish place it is now. It was the war in heaven that turned it into that.
The chaos gods in 40k are also specifically born. Heck you used to have exact events that birthed each god into existence, but that was retconned fairly early I believe.
Even when it was just the sea of Soul, emotion still have to go somewhere when living die. Yes, it was much more peaceful back then but warp entities like proto-Khorne still exist, they just hadn't become malice yet. There some theories that there used to exist many more emotion entities but eventually the big 4 just ended up consume most and made them into a part of themselves. That is why khorne is all about both violence and honor since he probably chow down entity for honor at some point. The "event" that cause them to come into existence is simply when they gain full sentient and the ripple effect of their "birth" cause events to happen in real space (Khorne "birth" cause the Mongol conquest)
>Khorne "birth" cause the Mongol conquest
thats some giga early warhammer lore and I never liked the incorporation of the 3 original chaos gods into medieval human history - it would be ok in fantasy, but for 30/40k it makes no sense
what the frick am I reading? Black person
I love RT threads
It's one thread on Ganker that consistently reaches limit without baiting
>without baiting
To be fair it's like 35% RT and 65% general WH40K
Is it just me or is Forgeworld Crimelord strong in almost any build?
Forge world just got too much good stuffs while other homeworld options are either niche or useless.
I'd argue that Fortress World is almost as good and would be better for Soldiers if it wasn't broken (Fortress World bonus attacks don't work with most other bonus attacks including Arch-Militant ones).
>if it wasn't broken
so they will fix it in an update and it will be better, whats the problem, the game is super fricking long, might fix it before you finish the first chapter
>forgot to do fidelio quest
frick. How long will it hang in there?
What kind of talent would Blank origin have? Or Orghin origin?
>Blank
Immunity to warp damage and mental damage
>Ogryn
Size large, big strength bonus, big hitpoint bonus, big int penalty, restricted weapon selection (wouldn't be a Rogue Trader, could be a companion)
>you will never anime adaptation of Sister Miriya's adventures
Legit cool and short enough to be anime OVAs.
She's also super level headed and likeable, cool sidekick too (Hospitaller Verity).
>warp event in which you're ambushed by daemonettes
>full support class with 30 ballistics
Abelard, heeeeelp!
Don't worry anon, they'll use lube.At least at first.
>can't satisfy a few chicks
sex before marriage is a sin, anon
Not satisfying them is impolite. Didn't your mother teach you how to treat guests?
>little boy cries for daddy's help
At least he can show you how a real man behaves
>little boy cries for daddy's help
Given kingmaker spells are all in the game files, I wonder if there's a way to cast reduce person on your RT permanently.
again I call for Abelard, HELP!
Should I give the sword shards to Jimmi?
If you're Dogmatic, yes.
If you're Heretic, no.
funny thing. when the fat guy gave me the shard i chose the option where I keep to to give to the inquisition later. but there's no option to give it to jimi. Unless it just happened off-screen. either way - lame and gay
I had the option to giveit to him like 5 times.
How good is Devastating Attack?
It's simply devastating
>"Balancing the forces that wanted to control the Rogue Trader, {mf|His|Her} {mf|Lord|Lady}ship managed to walk the thin line between fanaticism, heresy, and turning into a heartless monster. Each force was either an ally or an enemy, but none were {mf|his|her} master. {name} von Valancius served only {mf|him|her}self and {mf|his|her} dynasty. Everything else was either a resource or a trophy."
Who /enlightened/ here?
me. morons can keep gulping kool-aid while I grill and trade rouges
Yes, yes, say the Iconocuck while serving the C'tan cuckshed.
That's the ending you get if you don't reach rank 3 with any conviction you mindbroken moron
That must mean you take some Heretical choices.
Heresy!
no, you don't need to take any heretical choices for it, or iconokek ones either. In fact I'm in chapter 4 and i'm still only 2 in dogma and iconoclast, 0 in heretic
There is some choices you will be forced to make in Act 4 to turn you into Level 3, which lock out your alignment.
I'm getting 190 in both Dogmatic and Iconoclast now, it's very near.
>which lock out your alignment.
doubt it, unless those choice outirght give you 100 points
My Dogmatic is 195 right now, 5 more points and he's Votary and is locked in.
well, that's a (you) problem, i've barely 130 in both
I've been hard at Dogmatic tho.
>No, but I can meditate with my iconoclastic xeno wife and lift a literal malediction on my soul dogmakek
>I'm also the only one apparently smart enough to understand clown go figure.
Bad and Mary Sue-tier writing, yuck.
>that means you too iconochad choices. You're "tainted" dogmakek, just like Argenta, you should BLAM yourself.
No such thing as "tainted Dogmatic", you heretic. Argenta is the character who acts out the Imperial Creed the most in this game, she's as Dogmatic as it can be.
>Argenta can't become a Seraphim or a Celestian.
Why live?
I declare the Inquisition a useless organisation and ought to be disbanded.
They have no reason to exist when Sister of Battle, the Black Templar and Deathwatch exist.
African American Templar*
Have they fixed the data bank quest yet? I stopped playing because of the bug
Friendly reminder that the most recognized Eldae character in the entirety of 40k is known onlt for being Guilliman's wienersleeve.
Eldar were made to serve humanity.
I killed both Yrliet and Argenta in Cumrag
>damn billions of people and create a demon world that will forever threaten the region
>kowtow before the enemies of humanity, especially after they killed of 2/3 of a planet (who even reads the dialog right?)
>sell out your protectorate to an alien energy vampire cuz he's totally a good boy now
Just Iconocuck things.
>>sell out your protectorate to an alien energy vampire cuz he's totally a good boy now
Why do you morons keep singling this out when it's an ending available for dogmatic too
You're not really dogmatic if you choose it though. And it's fricking moronic that way too.
>damn billions of people and create a demon world that will forever threaten the region
I just did what Argenta asked dogmakek. Aren't I suppose to follow the righteous and dogmatic sister of battle 100% of the time? I'm confused as to what you want of me.
I didn't actually, I blew up the planet because iconochads are reasonable, not stupid
>kowtow before the enemies of humanity, especially after they killed of 2/3 of a planet (who even reads the dialog right?)
Killing Trevantias is worth a backwaters shithole. So is stopping an RT dynasty falling to Khorne
>sell out your protectorate to an alien energy vampire cuz he's totally a good boy now
Yes. Nomos is my good boy son. Stay angry dogmakek.
Argenta proposes something because she didn't know how bad shit is going to get.
Heinrix proposes something else.
Nobody objects to it.
But suddenly this means nuuuuu Argenta is Iconocuck, she would love to save da people even if damning millions.
Let me spell this out, in one final attempt to be the rational one (burdens of iconochads)
The reason Heinrix AND ONLY Heinrix opposes your choice in that dialogue chain isn't about characterization. It's about gameplay. Someone who is making the choice and tries to pick that option is locking themselves out of the dogmatic option instantly. They might not even pick the dialogue that explains why they can't save people + blow up the planet. They might have fricking misclicked. So Heinrix opposing you is the equivalent of the companions asking if you REALLY want to kick them out. It's a double yes to a choice so you don't lock yourself out of shit.
Otherwise Abelard would also oppose trying to save people. Heck he'd oppose blowing up the planet since he's against wasting any time at all.
>Killing Trevantias is worth a backwaters shithole. So is stopping an RT dynasty falling to Khorne
You get to Trevantias lab' no matter what you choose, you don't need the help of the Aeldari. Letting them leave in piece after they massacred that planet is treason.
90% of Iconokek options are
>it's totally fine that you comitted this unspeakable attrocity, just leave and pinky promise to be a good boy from now on, ok?
since i have been banned from all social platforms, i can post my Abelard folder here.
>since i have been banned from all social platforms
>he uses other social platforms that are not 4chins
disgusting
>he uses other social platforms that are not 4chins
i cant trigger libtards, gays, trannies, SJW and other soon to be executed degenerates here. Ganker is useful kind of degenerate which i like to be part of in different forms
>he uses other social platforms that are not 4chins
i cant trigger libtards, gays, trannies, SJW and other soon to be executed degenerates here. Ganker is useful kind of degenerate which i like to be part of in different forms
My favorite part of discussion is Owlcat employees, who are literally Russian citizens are banning Russian citizens on every social platform because they outright dont support alphabet mafia. I mean it is a fricking crime, i wonder who will sue them first and become a millionaire
>browses normalgay shitholes to own le libtards
I have zero fricking doubts in my mind that you shit up these threads with off topic /misc/ melties too, kys
>you shit up these threads with off topic /misc/ melties too, kys
i havent been on chan last few months so you are mistaking me for your mom's boyfriend. I am not going to cum in her and make you clean it boy, calm the frick down
What an extremely gay minigame. Apparently they were told how awful this moronic shit was over a year ago and they changed nothing.
Would Heinrix date the average femcel that simps for him?
Yes, me
>Iconoclasts in 40k
bros...
Is this real? How the frick do you frick up this badly?
Heretic ending for Abelard where you let him retire to his family instead of serving your daemon ship.
You know what forget the fricking dogmakeks
What the frick are you heretics fricking doing by the fricking Emperor.
When you think about it Heretics are just being rational, doing what's best for humanity, and enjoying our noodles.
>What the frick are you heretics fricking doing
You know, sacrificing, ascending, gaining immortality, the usual stuff. THAT WINNERS DO YOU PATHETIC CORPSE WORSHIPPERS!
Look, I know dogmakeks are laughably weak and Chaos sounds really appealing.
But look at what you fricking did to Abelard. Surely this is proof you're wrong no?
Should have served chaos better and ascended too. Losers lose, winners gain immortality.
what do you get when you become a daemon prince? you're stilll a b***h to the gods, so what's the point?
Yeah but your also basically immortal, can do almost anything and are more powerful then 97% of the galaxy.
>Yeah but your also basically immortal
who wants to live forever?
> can do almost anything
can you grab a coffee with your homies? Can you go to the movies? Can you play vidya?
>and are more powerful then 97% of the galaxy.
so? what good is power if you can't do anything with it but destroy everything around you like n absolute tard
Me
All the vidya through time is mine to collect and play
I can make shit too, dogmatkek.
>All the vidya through time is mine to collect and play
lmao. last I heard there are no pcs in the warp
>I can make shit too, dogmatkek.
ilke what?
There are pc in the warp
Chaos
>can you grab a coffee with your homies? Can you go to the movies? Can you play vidya?
Are you pretending to be moronic? a Nurgle worshipper will enjoy having tumors and eating his own shit, when you get to that state you stop being a "normal" person with "normal" needs
who the frick wakes up one day and says "yeah, today i'm gonna become a daemon prince because i really want to enjoy eating my own shit"?
>what good is power if you can't do anything with it but destroy everything around you like n absolute tard
But that's what I like
>no Vidya
Dark mechanicus makes way better R rated vidya than the censored repetitive slop that the mechanicus does.
>Dark mechanicus makes way better R rated vidya than the censored repetitive slop that the mechanicus does.
mechanicus don't waste their time on vidya. neither do dark mechanicus
>kidnap one
>make him do whatever you want
Is what a demon prince can do. Unlike some mortal RT who is already dead by old age.
>can do almost anything
>enjoy doing what you do
You'll be jobbing to named Primaris Sergeants and keep eternally seething while also being b***h boys.
The RT didn't job in-game, he won't job when becoming a daemon prince
>he falls for the keikaku
You're immortal and you enjoy doing what you do, not everyone is forced into becoming one like the primarchcucks
Becoming a Rogue trader is a one in a trillion chance, you get to be on top of a reliable and known system. To join the chaos mosh pit and willingly choose to be a slave.
To which if this was real, at some point someone stronger and better then you, I.E. a fricking Chaos Marine, will waltz up, skull frick you, and take anything of worth. Such is the cycle of Chaos. The second your no longer useful, your gone.
Where as a Rogue Trader, you alone sit at the top, only having the most powerful of Inquisitors as your equals. As a heretic, hell your warrant of trade might as well be pissed on, it only has value in the Imperium, not the shithole known as the warp.
Choosing to go from a King answering to no one, to a literal fricking slave. What a joke.
kek, he thinks daemon princes aren't the equivalent of Chaos royalty
Still a slave. And worse, a designated jobber for all eternity.
>corpse worshipper cope
You are an insignificant pawn that, no matter what, will die. Chaos offers immortality and power. If you have the courage for it.
you can't even answer a simple question
>70 IQ reading comprehension
What part of immortality and power are difficult to understand?
what do you do with them?
Same things I was doing before ascension.
so what was the point?
Power and immortality. But I already answered. Your turn: whats the point of iconogayging? You'll die and have lived as a b***h.
What use is power when you are a slave? What use is immortality when your personality has been killed and replaced by a parody of itself?
There is no point to either.
>avoids answering
Thought so.
>whats the point of iconogayging
dunno, i'm not one
I'm dogmatic but i gotta defend my naive brothers and sisters
To make the worlds a better place? to help and improve the lives of his/her subjects? so when s/he dies s/he will be remebered as a decept human being and an exempar to follow?
Unlike you chaos trash
There will be no remembrance - and even if there is, how does that effect you? Only a short, meaningless life spent in the service of others. And then, you disappear. Forever.
the diffrence for them is when they die people will actually care and shed unlike you chaos dog
shed tears*
>caring this much about approval
So weak, so so weak. And thus you perish, corpse worshipper.
I agree that you are a homosexual that has no answer and tries to cover that up.
Seethe more. The words of a subhuman slave are as meaningless to true men as those of the non-sentient warp tumors you pray to in vain.
To die for your faith and fellow man(Dogmatic) or for a better future that might never come(iconoclast) there is no great honor than that
Sadly you are not a man and will never understand this...demon
Gee, how does TRUE immortality "effect" someone? Also, LMAO, the moron arguing for choosing a parody of life as an "immortal" subhuman slave trying to declare a real life "meaningless" sure is ironic.
So in sbort, you agree that there is no point to "immortality" and "power" while being turned into a personality-killed subhuman slave and that you have no valid argument. Thank you for your concession, now face the wall, heretic.
>There will be no remembrance
Says the cuck whose whole dynasty will be expunged from the records. Lol. Lmao even.
>oh no, not the pointless scribbles of mortals
Refer to image
>Your turn: whats the point of iconogayging?
Iconochads are protected from getting clown'd
>immortality
Letting your personality be replaced by a parody created by a non-sentient warp tumor is the truest of deaths.
>non-sentient
Still pushing the atheism nonsense I see
>atheism
Oh please. Warpborne thoughtforms are very opposite of gods. They are not even the equal of the lowest sentient dreg. You are worshipping blind, mindless things incapable of more than aping real lifeforms, capable only of whatever power mortals deign bestow upon them. You may as well go worship some natural phenomenon like a caveman thinking the sun is a god.
>They are not even the equal of the lowest sentient dreg. You are worshipping blind, mindless things incapable of more than aping real lifeforms, capable only of whatever power mortals deign bestow upon them
Yet somehow they are way above you in intellect, wisdom, cunning and strength. Funny how that works huh?
Except they aren't. True sentience, true original thought, is forever an impossibility for them. They are inferior in intellect, wisdom and true strength to any and all human beings and will forever be so. The only thing they are good at is lying. And that is a power that only functions as long as mortals allow it to.
I'm not the anon you were debating before, and I owe you no answers. Now stop projecting and avoiding the question: What use are immortality and power when your personality is killed and replaced with that of a eternal subhuman slave?
>I owe you no answer
Right back at you.
I just finished a heretic run, I helped him and his family at any opportunity and this is what happened.
What happened?
honestly a better ending for him than having her granddaughter's decapitated head mailed to him
At least he's happy being crazy, Cassia just kills herself
in the ending I got for her, she went back to lead her house. they killed her in a coup and then I killed the entirety of her house in revenge.
Oh shit. How did you handle her quests?
You need to go for the notme route of her questline. I'mt not sure about her being killed though, maybe that happens if you let the rebels live, because I know there's another ending where she's just a figurehead and the one who runs her house is you because she has no idea how to do it
I let the rebels live in my first run too and she went back to her house and lead it to glory.
I didn't romance her, and encouraged her to be independent.
One thing I've noted is that I tried the same with my second run but once I got to Dargonus she was too meek to speak her grievances and wouldn't propose the whole 50 year contract thing. So not sure if it's already locked in for this run as well.
>One thing I've noted is that I tried the same with my second run but once I got to Dargonus she was too meek to speak her grievances and wouldn't propose the whole 50 year contract thing
It's because you have more notme points than freedom points
>It's because you have more notme points than freedom points
I can't recall which choices I took the first time. How many events even are there that matter.
I imagine there's the one when she first gets on your ship. And there's one where she starts causin g issues in act II. I think in the second run I picked "it's my duty whether I like it or not"
>How many events even are there that matter
They usually happen when you get an event with her, from the very beginning when you recruit her you already have one, telling her that she's under your protection gives you notme points
I've only started Quetza Temer and didn't do anything for her in Chapter 4. Let her speak up during the rebel scene on Dargonus.
That's what you get for coddling her too much, the fish needs to stand up on her own
Why is it so addictive even with all the flaws
Because it's genuinely a good game with good writing.
it would be if not for the glaring flaws
The flaws, if we discount the bugs, are mostly just the rushed nature of act's IV and V.
But even in act IV gameplay wise it's still amazing. Uralon might be a ballbusting and probably overtuned boss but Euphrates is prolly the best dungeon in the game. Or at least it's between that and Kiava Gamma in my view.
Yrliet sucks, I'm about to drop her for fricking Jae of all people
Jae is stupidly strong by end game.
Having her blast people for 2k damage pistol bursts is hilarious.
Jae and Cassia are my extra turn and buff bawds so my RT can solo every single encounter in round 1. Abelard, Heinrix, and Argenta are only around to marvel at the greatness the emperor has seen fit to bestow upon me.
Idira and Yriel are fricking dead, as they deserve.
This but only with Cassia, everyone else was just there to watch as she jerks me off to power me up and kill everything on my own
Armanat or Pasqal?
Armanat
What is other sister of battle like if Argenta is one of the nicest?
They have bigger breasts, sharper heels, and a more demeaning attitude
insane
Imagine Miss Trunchbull from Matilda, but devoutly Christian to the point of zealotry.
It’s just good luck we ended up with one of the nicer sisters of battle and one of the more reasonable and accommodating inquisition agents
Sisters of Battle are just as personable as any other human in existence. They aren't special. Most get fanatical because of their beliefs but it isn't a requirement.
You know the bit with Idira?
Most sisters would fire and you getting in the way wouldn't matter.
Also they'd not give a frick about random orphans beyond making sure they're not dead/fallen to Chaos.
still waiting for the patch that fixes the game
merely a fortnight longer
ratling wife when
Where do I place my extractors? I only get like 3 every planet. What are the resources even for?
Resources are for colony projects. Grab all xenotech, adamantium and flogiston you can get. Grab provisions, plasteel and prometheum only if it's like 5+ points.
Refute this Yrlietkeks
also he has a mean dick, a sharp tongue and can make me laugh
Marazhai can become a genuine bro over time, Yrliet is just a whiny child who does nothing but judge you and abuse your help.
I'm into femdom so I like it when she insults me.
There, refuted.
I don't actually like that, I prefer gentle femdom. I'm just proving a point
t.iconocuck shota
>cuck
I don't think you know what that means
>shota
God I fricking wish. If I was a goddamn kid and knew then what I know now.
It's funny how you didn't refute the "icono" part
We can always tell
Why would I refute an objectively good thing?
I like both, sad that you can't keep them both as romances.
i don't think either of them would be open to sharing. or any of the other comapnions. well, jae maybe
What Yrliet did against RT was out of low IQ
What Marzipan did to RT was out of malice
i'd rather dal with villains than brainlets
>Give Marazhai a chance to join my skwad
>As soon as he gets on my ship he slaughters a bunch of people in an autistic shitfit
>He then humbly requests that I let him turn an entire floor of my ship into his own personal murder funtime playpen
I'm usually the guy who tries to keep all my options open in RPGs, but I killed that hilariously evil homosexual right there and then. Better yet, I got Heisenberg to do it for me.
Just tell him no and put him in his cage. First rule if you wanna make Marazhai slightly bearable is to not take any shit from him.
It you Dom him he gets off to you locking him in a cuckshed.
He only insists on loads of murder if you're soft and weak.
Feeding him to a daemonette is the superior option
why this calcazar fella is getting uppity with me, he's in my fricking chair barking orders, b***h i'm the fricking rogue trader, god himself gave me the right to frick xenos pussy frick off bro
because he is your equal. all you can do is cope and seethe about it
>equal
more like your dickhead boss, one of the few people who has any real power over you.
That didn't help him when I killed his ass though
sure. but the humiliation of being treated like a little b***h will forever stay with you
I got the scarlet ring albeit. If I really wanted to complain about humiliation, I would complain about cumrag, and that was taken caren of once I doomed a good chunk of delBlack folk to get tortured by Slaanesh
>I got the scarlet ring albeit
so not only you were humiliated but also rewarded for being a little b***h? Well done
Beyond sitting on your chair Calcazar never humiliates you
so finally done my dogmatic with 2 iconolast ending with nomos,i'm pretty happy with my ending
overall everyone was happy(imperium, worlds, aeldari) except for jae where she got fricked over hahaha
for anyone wonder what happens with muruan with dogmatic protection,he changes for the better and the rest of the eldar don't always meet humans with shoot first.
Yrliet becomes a warrior and hopes she never has to fight us,Nocturne meets up with us and warns that there is going to be trouble short after the dunkari attack(future DLC?)
>Yrliet becomes a warrior and hopes she never has to fight
Did you romance her?
No
I went with cassia
Alright. That tracks
???
If you romance her the endings are different
I romanced her but still got that ending which does indeed prove the romance was completely bugged and didn't trigger the flags properly lol.
The Strange Mirror was good for something after all
I love my wife Jae
So does everyone else, multiple times a day
Wrong. She is for me only
God I love my autistic fish wife, who got all her dating advice from romance novels.
shit. Should I ask her to escort her (seggs) or just nod? Help me get my fish pregnant.
Escorting her isn't sex, as long as you kiss the handkerchief you already did it right
you don't frick her until late act 4
>radicalgays
*ting ting*
*cough*
I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE
FRICK the crippled corpse on the golden cuck chair
FRICK the gaystartes
FRICK the Inquisition
FRICK Imperium
2 more teeny tiny black crusades and the imperium is done for!
Trust the lack of plan!
>Russ comes back and brings Isha with him
>Chaosgays will continue to claim it's just 2 more crusades
Honestly the nulore's shit but I just wanna see how far chaosissies get clown'd before there's a collective suicide.
Maybe the psychic gestalt of their impotent rage brings back WHF and reverses the ET.
>>Russ comes back and brings Isha with him
how? what did I miss?
During the recent war in Ultramar against Nurgle, Girlyman gets infected with super AIDS by Mortarion. Emps intervenes and supposedly Girlyman while powered by the Emp burns a shit ton of Nurgle's garden in the warp.
Some people are theorizing that's where Russ is and the entire thing is gonna help him escape along with isha.
>During the recent war in Ultramar against Nurgle, Girlyman gets infected with super AIDS by Mortarion. Emps intervenes and supposedly Girlyman while powered by the Emp burns a shit ton of Nurgle's garden in the warp.
I know that
>Some people are theorizing that's where Russ is and the entire thing is gonna help him escape along with isha.
oh, so that's just headcanon, alright then
>oh, so that's just headcanon, alright then
The only piece of lore we know about what happened to Russ states that he's trying to find the tree of life in the warp. The only place that would have such a thing would be Nurgle's garden.
And it's not just headcanon. Primarchs are all coming back dude, it's inevitable at this point. And the one most likely to return next is either Russ or Sanguinus because both their legions are the ones with the most fans that'll buy up the minis in minutes like what happened with Lion.
If you combine both things, it's obvious Russ is next.
>Russ and Isha
>Which means new breed of eldar with space yiff traits
AAAAAAAAAAAH
Ok so what are the story implications of letting Yrliet finish the ritual? I pursued her questline - as well - up until now but want to pick Cass in the end.
she gets mindwiped and forgets everything about (you)
>30 hours in
>suddenly feeling the urge to start a heretic playthrough
is it worth it bros, there's a lot of fricking slog to go through again
Yes.
Best heretic playthrough is a psyker warrior because of a certain weapon you get near the end.
no. heretic route is arbitrary and tacked on.
>didn't recruit jae
>now yrliet is stuck with a shit rifle until calligos gives her a better one at the end of act 2
damn, i did not think this through
I'm going insane. How are you guys managing your inventory in this game. The worst part is having 3 psykers, whos staffs are all valid and can't be replaced by better ones.
Also all those fricking accesories that look the same. I'm THIS close to just trying to roll with what my crew has equiped now, until I gameover and HAVE to think about equipment.
Jesus fricking Christ, I did not expect this dialogue option at the tail end of the romance. Kek.
What's the setup for doing gigga damage as sanct pysker ? Looking to give it a whirl on a different save
Giga damage is telepathy powers + talents + pyro talents if you don't want to use a staff.
If you do want to use a staff it's just Sanctic tier 0 power + Drusian staff using loads of Resolve stacking from Word of the Emperor + office/tactician buff.
