I hate to admit you are right. They are like this weird cousin that lives far away in his own world. And thay are happy in it as they have other like minded individuals from...one could say more innocent age. because it's a non issue, just a small perk in exchange for a lack of a gun, which is equalized by the assumption that spies themselves use guns

anon, how is backstabbing a sniper any different to backstabbing any other class, other than the fact that they stand still and don't pay much attention? for a sniper who's moving around you'd still need to learn skills regardless

and if they stand still and don't pay much attention, how do you struggle to shoot them?

and if it's because they're surrounded by teammates or sentries, how is it different if they're wearing a razorback when you wouldn't be able to backstab em anyway, even if they weren't wearing one, because then all the teammates and sentries will getcha?

the only use for the razorback is to do away with spies who run in and take easy backstabs and don't know how to pull their gun out of their ass
it literally only counters shitty spies, everyone else has no problem with it because the game doesn't exist in limbo

You go around shooting people with the SMG and you are just going to get laughed at. Good Snipers can just quickscope you. Sniper’s secondaries are pitiful, he loses nothing by ditching it and just going for the razorback or some other backpack item.

He literally can't. It stuns his knife animation for several seconds. Or Sniper can instantly recharge it by taking like 2 seconds to walk to resupply because he's most likely parked right outside of his spawn.
