      >1d4
But GM, my char sheet says 4d6+16. I' have checked my class, feats and stats and the number is correct, why suddenly became 1d4?

If it's a kill the opponents arms outstretch and they seize as you see so very often in street fight gifs with people getting brain damage. If it's not a kill the crit doesn't change the visuals.

Various shapes of blood tornado. By the time the PCs heve enough support manouvers to reliably crit they have likely replaced their fists with blades, tentacles, scissors, etc.

I don't use crits, but the best possible outcome (without considering an active Vulnerability Ailment) for a single, ordinary punch would be:
    >Hide <1 Mv> [Hidden] applied to Hero
    >Punch <2 Mv> ([StrikePOW]×1.6)+StealthPOW
    >Hero Attack Check (19-20): Excellent! Mod+0.5
    >Target Defense Check (1-10): Direct Hit! Mod+/-0, Bone Feature; Mod+0.5
    >Secondary Effect: Push (DF 17)
    >Final Power Modifier: x2.6
At a Hero's minimum power and no Perk investment, "StrikePOW" begins at 2, and "StealthPOW" begins at 1, so the final calculation would be
    >(2×1.6)+1
    >(3.2)+1
    >(4.2)
Then the 0.2 is dropped when HP is reduced, because decimals are ignored for final applications.

If you roll 20 on your attack you autokill or -destroy anything you're punching. ANYTHING. This includes punching the ground.

The same as any other attack - they deal twice as much damage

Depends on the game and the situation.
If it's D&Dogshit and you're just a moron, fighting someone in plate, congratulations, you did 1 damage.
    If it's D&Done and you're a psionic monk, you break someone's leg with a well-placed kemhamekahemakamekama.
If it's Vampire: The Masquerade and you're fighting some mortal moron, you just punched your arm through someone's ribcage.
If it's Cyberpunk and you're Johnny Ripper, the rip-rapper, you just smashed someone's dome in.

Really, there's no singular answer. It will depend on system, setting, and situation. No two critical hits from two different people would look much the same.
