I mean, it's a Peach game. Super Princess Peach is good precedent on how a game like Showtime was going to go - little girls and general fans of the character are who is going to care, and between the two Nintendo is consiously aiming at the former. Zero surprises here.

This is the first game directed by Ebisu since Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon back in 1997, which is one of my all-time favorite games. It's also all about theatre.
