I convinced some there was the disconnect between the story writers and actual environmental designers when it came to Warren.
There’s a bunch of little details spread throughout the game that make Warren seem like this absolute stalker- Yet, this never comes out in the story in any way. In the actual plot he’s basically a Chad who repeatedly bails Max out and ends up giving her the “YOU CAN SAVE THE WORLD MAX” pep talk in the finale.

I got a degree in electrical engineering and we had almost no essays. We did have to do lab reports, and believe me or not, almost every single person in my classes were operating at a 6th grade reading level. Poor grammar skills, poor communication skills, dreadful vocabulary. The only essays I ever did were entirely by choice. So you'd get to do a lab project and build something or put in a 10 page paper. I opted for the papers every time because I could write 10 pages easily in one night about any topic. Originally went to college for writing but quickly realized how stupid it would be to get a degree in creative writing. Now I get plenty of time to write and get paid well.

There's a trick to it and it involves a thesaurus, logical fallacies, and conjuring up the spirit of schizophrenia. The truth is you only need to go all out on the first page, because no one reads beyond that. But if they do, which did happen once or twice, that's where you trap them with insanity. So, it's a game where you present 3 or so major key points to your thesis on the first page, which is hard to get wrong. Then you apply all of the worst logical fallacies you can muster. No one can possibly get through it and give you a bad grade because they won't be able to understand it. I would say writing those papers was always the highlight of college because I laughed all night about the stupid shit I wrote. I always walked away with an A.
