>I’ll never be a wagie
Feels good
>underpaid
>overworked
no thanks
I dont wanna work ever again.
>12 hour shift for a company that you love but doesnt love you back
thank god i have a respectable job
Programmers in japan are seen the same way as manual laborers, and are appropriately paid that way too.
I thought crunch here was just an average days work there and the burnout among devs is huge there
>Scamco
>anyone's beloved company
>programming in Japan
no thanks. Not interested in being overworked for half of what I'd earn in Burgerland
>LIVING in Japan
no thanks. Not interested in worrying about typhoons, earthquakes and tsunamis 24/7
why does every asian programmer feel the need to make youtube videos about their daily life being a code monkey. It's a really bizarre corner of youtube
They got nothing else going in their lives.
I don't know but OP's pic is from that paolotokyo Hispanic nip that records nip's daily lives.
Most jobs have people that do that now.
There are lawyers who quit law because being a law influencer on tiktok or youtube pays more.
Same goes for programming, financial services, running a farm etc.
High paying jobs careers have less people coming over and doing Youtube because the income from those jobs are higher for the most part and stable than doing Youtube. As side income, it's okay but I haven't really seen anyone that eventually stopped doing it or it becomes their full time thing with very few people in between. Most people I find that had these jobs and quit for Youtube basically did it during entry level years where yeah, Youtube would pay more than those jobs in the short term but getting senior level in any of those jobs basically can net you past what Youtube can pay unless you are on the list of the top 100 creators on Youtube in any single category.
The other real reason is dissatisfaction with the field but very few have credentials that would make their opinion of their field be worth anything and it would be outdated quick, especially regarding programming if they aren't hoping on the latest languages and framework and doing stuff in them.
Black person, he's not the one doing it
Does a job that doesn't make you want to have a nice day even exist?
furry porn artist
Those people tend to want to kill themselves even before getting into the business.
No, work is work, it's not supposed to be fun. If it was fun, they wouldn't be paying you for it.
Making vidya is horrible.
>Japanese work culture
Nope.
>Working in the game industry
Nope.
Seems horrible.
Game development is a fricking nightmare and you'd have to be a complete fricking moron to even think about applying to work there.
If Konami was reformed.
>you will never work making games with your beloved brown tomboy bossy wife...
That lil jap boy be bussin fr
yeah Id love to work 16 hours a day 6 days a week in a society where everyone is fake as frick why do you ask
My monkey friend paolo is based for making mutts and americans seethe when he showed in countless occasions japan have many different kind of jobs just like any country and is not le "japanese man in a western suit working 15 hours a day inside an office because my seaBlack folk friends told me it was"
I like the daily life series but this homie is so fricking ugly that I stopped watching it
>Ugly guy has a relatively cute Japanese wife
Just shows that nearly anyone can make it.
This guy also made some authors manga famous.
It was rent a girlfriend. I watched the video somewhat recently and burst out laughing when it came up.
Oh shit is that why it got so popular? I remember watching that episode, but I never looked into the manga.
That video has 12 million views, I'm sure it wasn't the main reason but it was definitely a factor.
>you will never hold a cute japs girl hand while walking through tokyo
Does anyone have that screenshot of the moronic autistic guy on some internet forum saying he dreamed of working at Nintendo and several years later his name appears in the credits of one of Nitnendo's games?
im not a fricking weeaboo homosexual so this is a non issue to me
So just a regular homosexual then
>beloved company
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
It's okay.
The guy working at the anime figure place looked much more interesting and fun.
Hey I saw that video. The guy was living a depressing bugmen wagie life, like the youtuber had to really try to frame it as good but it was obvious he was a lonely wagie. If anything that helped me realize I would never ever work in Japan
>beloved company
I guess mine is a wage slave nightmare complete with never ending debt and loneliness.
So thank god I don't work there.
Why does it seem like none of these nerds put on their shoes correctly and just fricking jam their foot in? They'll ruin the shoe heels.
knowing how games are made will take most of the magic away from them
I love this dude's channel it's so fricking cozy!
unless you're the idea guy, video games are a fricking pain to make. I rather be cleaning gutters
